Visited June 26. Was refused service because didn't want to wear face mask. I never wear face mask due to personal reasons. I freely can go anywhere to way bigger retailers like Home depot, Lowe's, Costco etc but those guys should be different and and difficult I guess. They just lost couple thousand of my business I will take elsewhere.

Hilti Edmonton is another one if those places where no sand is thrown down in the lot, so you basically have to slide around until you get lined up to the dock. they also won't let truckers delivering their product use the washrooms saying we have to walk to the Tim Hortons, even though we just had to slide around to get into their dock, and they won't come out because it's too slippery

No hilti shot in stock. No red, no yellow, no black. This is direct from the west end location. What kind of supplier doesnt stock their own product? Hope a sales rep see's this and sends me something useful.

The actual Edmonton branch is fine, but the way Hilti manages everything through a Canada wide call center is terrible. It would make things so much easier if there was a way to contact the store directly.

People work in here doesn't have any experience I ask for a drill bid they told me $50 it is in other stores $10 they don't want to help at all never going back there again

Could be a lot better. I had to greet first. I wasn't allowed to use our business account. They didn't let me open a package to explain my needs, and I had to argue to get my PO on the invoice.
