They are very efficient go above and beyond what is expected I’m lucky to have them doing my house cleaning I highly recommend them

Tanya XO I agree with you.  Bad managementUsed for six months every time quality got less, I got new people, even though I requested the same people, these people didn’t know my requests.  I have a scheduled appointment every two weeks and I got a phone call three days before my apt by the manager to say they didn’t have staff so she was canceling my visit. I said again I have problems with people not doing the proper cleaning and missing areas, she apologized and said she would come out in two weeks and teach them. Seven days before she promised to come out I get an e-mail that says we’re no longer doing your area.Bad management not reliable, does not fulfill promises. If you say you’re going to do something do it.You can’t teach an attitude,  if people don't want to do a good job no matter how much you “teach” them it won’t change. You can not keep saying high quality and not deliver.  I live in an apartment, the first appointment was mandatory deep cleaning,  I was charged for 8 hours instead of the usual four that followed. They only worked for six hours, no refund.Not Reliable.

Megan and her team have been helping us in our home for over a year now, and we are so grateful to have them. Coming home to fresh floors and bathrooms is always the highlight of my week. For a routine maintenance clean, they always go out of their way with little details like toilet paper art or a decoratively folded towel. They’re always willing to help work around any schedule changes that may come up, and very receptive to any concerns we’ve had. We absolutely love having maid fantastic help us keep up with staying cleaned with our busy life!

Megan and her team are the most AMAZING, kind, professional and organized cleaning company I’ve ever used. 10/10 Recommend to anyone who is hesitant!

Janelle is so helpful and so sweet! I started using Maid fantastic because I was working so many hours and being pregnant I just couldn't keep up.
