Just had my first appointment and everything from my interaction with the dentist, to the comfort during the cleaning to the phone calls leading up to the appointment were pleasant.The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and the dentist gave me guidance that showed me he wants what is best for me and my teeth.I'm glad my friend recommended Madison Dental to me!

I admit we haven’t been to an appointment yet however I did call because the little one we have has four teeth and just turned a year old. I wasn’t sure if I should be taking her in to have her teeth checked, etc. at this early of a stage. The amazing lady that I spoke with. There was very very professional, polite and helpful, guiding me to all of the timings in timelines regarding infant and young child dental care. She did advise me that as well as the child has a a cavity or dental infection, or has an accident that involves the teeth jaw or gums we could wait a couple of more years. As per her guidance, we will not be needing an appointment for a couple of years barring any issues, but I can tell you that we will definitely be making an appointment with this wonderful dental office when the time comes. By far one of the best dentists that I've ever been too. Dr Mady Is a genuine down to earth individual that places the needs of his patients before his own. The staff is kind & loving. Every time my family and I have visited, He has done nothing but look after and welcome us with open arms. The experiences here have been very stress free and welcoming knowing I professionals like him and his lovely team by my side. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a dentist! This guy is the best

It’s nice to go to the dentist and not be nervous anymore. I have finally found a dental hygienist that cares and does a great job without resorting to using the machines all the time, which brings my anxiety up. I used to fear the dentist. I don’t anymore. Thanks to Caroline!

I recently moved to Windsor and found Madison Dental on Google. I am having some urgent issues related to my wisdom teeth so I gave them a call this morning and within a few hours I was being seen at the clinic. Every single member of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist usually results in anxiety or panic attacks for me, but Dr. David Mady and the hygienists kept me feeling calm and safe with their kind demeanor and professionalism. I now have a plan to deal with my issues, and an appointment to go back. I can't speak highly enough about them.

This is a great office. The staff is friendly and professional and the office is very well organized (I've never been kept waiting for more than a minute or two when I arrive, or between my cleaning and the exam from the dentist). All of the hygienists I've had are excellent. If you are trepidatious about dental office visits or are making an appointment for your kids, I recommend Courtney, Caroline or Michelle for your cleaning. Every doctor I have seen at this practice is approachable and thorough. This office seems to adhere to the provincial pricing guides, which is nice too. No surprises at this office, except maybe how much your time is respected and your comfort is considered.

These are the best dentist in my life that I have gone too. Everyone in there from the front staff, to the dental hygienists and the dental assistant. I had an awful experience in my other town I lived in, but everyone was so positive and gentle with me..I would recommend Madison Dental to anyone. Thank you to Dr.Maddy and I forget the name of the wonderful dentist that did my root canal,which I never felt.5 stars rating for all

The doctors are always really nice, gentle and allow you to be comfortable.... the ladies at the front desk are beyond the best. They went above and beyond for me more than a few times..... I highly recommend, and appreciate them very much

I was referred to Madison dental by my husband he has always praised the staff and he was right,Dr Ahmed Sayed is incredibly friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. He provided me with great advice and explained everything thoroughly, making my dental visit not only stress-free but also informative and enjoyable.I have sensory issues that normally cause stress with dental procedures but the gentle way I am treated is simply marvelous.Definitely Dr Ahmed is the best dentist I've ever met and Madison is one of the best dental clinics I've been to.Thank you all!

I’m a new patient that came in with a broken tooth. I was petrified. The staff were caring and extraordinarily kind. The dentist did an outstanding job, he put me at ease and made me comfortable. I highly recommend this office
