TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Terrible location. No logical reason to have ATMs locked after hours. A couple times the doors were locked with hours left until closing. This isn’t an issue at ScotiaBank within the same plaza.

TD is the worst national bank in Canada. They have the worst attitude, their employees are lazy and problematic. Just because of they have bunch of branches throughout the country, doesn't make this bank the best. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at the branch. I'm waiting for time, when I can do Zoom/online meeting with financial reps.If you want great service - go to RBC, they will treat you right regardless of your financial circumstances.

Holding my weekly paycheck after a decade of deposits in this branch was unbelievable. All because they claimed I had not deposited there in 4 months. Hell, I went to a TD branch in Wilson for first time in 5 years to deposit my paycheck, and it went smoothly. But in this branch, Jeeezzz... Just grateful for this Filipina employee for helping me.

On multiple occasions we have experienced the worst customer service with this branch. Better off going to Dufferin or keele. The employees at this branch don’t know what they are doing and to make things worse the female managers at this branch are rude. They have no customer service skills, they straight up lie to your face and are just unprofessional. Again this occurred multiple times with different female managers. It happened through out the last 2 facial years. Ridiculous for a bank where I trust to hold my live savings.

I went to use the ATM at this location at 7:30 pm it’s the doors to the machine are locked. What an inconvenience. I pay high bank fees monthly to be experiencing this. TD makes lots of money. I’ve been with TD since 1999 , it was Canada Trust then.

Please note this location is temporarily closed for renovations behind the sign you can see they are under construction. They have not changed it yet to show temporarily closed.

This TD Bank branch has horrible ATM hours. New staff members there ever week and they have no idea who the regular customers are witch is very frustrating to deal with.

I love this branch. It's a brand that I have used for a very long time. However, recently I find that their customer service is lacking. This Branch customer service need much improvement. I don't know who is the manager but I feel like sometimes they're pushing you out instead of inviting you in. Example on Saturday I understand the branch closed at 4pm however at 3:50pm they basically start stopping people from coming into the branch and they're complaining that we are coming too late to the bank. In my opinion if the bank said it closed at 4:00 then that's the time it's closed. You cannot start closing at 3:50- 10 minutes to 4:00 and complain to your customers that they're late.I'd rather go to the bank at Bathurst and Wilson. However Bathurst and Lawrence is more convenient for me. I don't know if the young lady is the manager she needs to be trained on customer service. I don't like the way she brush people off and if you're doing business with me, do business with me sit talk to me give me eye contact don't be all over the place and leave me there wondering what I should do. I'm sorry for making this post but it's very annoying last Saturday. I am happy for those that receive great customer service but I have spoken to three other people who had the same experience. For a bank they need to improve and do better.

Horrible experience with the bank and this branch especially. The manager Maryam is incredibly unhelpful, and caused a massive inconvenience for me from my visit due to not listening to my requests and jumping to her own conclusions out of no where. This experience was the last straw and is causing me to close my TD account after 20 years. Very disappointed.
