The tech was very kind, and not only let me into the building on a -20°C day, but then did my ultrasound with good humor and efficiency. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because when I arrived ten minutes before my appointment time as advised, the building doors were locked and I had to wait outside in the cold until the tech let me in. Might want to look into that. The people were lovely, though!

Very quick and easy process, the results were fast. The technician that I had dealt with imaging foot injuries, she was excellent, very pleasant, cheerful and professional. One of the best medical experiences I've had in a long time, I commend this organization.

From calling to make the appointment, to the text reminders, to the greeting and care at the appointment, these folks were awesome. Prompt, efficient, friendly, and helpful. COVID protocols were clear and I appreciated feeling safe.
