Pathetic service. Lady at counter was rude! Zero customer skills!I won’t recommend as she messed up with my photos (sent it to the wrong email) and when I called her she hung up on me! Instead of helping over the phone, she insisted to come to the location!

Needed a passport photo quickly as I realized my daughter upcoming soccer tournament was in the U.S. Instead of the big box pharmacy everyone suggested, we dropped in here. Half the price, twice as quick and extremely friendly. Highly recommend for your passport photo needs.

If I could give zero Stars or less I would. I went there for PR picture and I couldn't see my picture after the shooting. Then I received that by email and my picture wasn't clear, because the photographer moved the camera.My immigration advisor complained about the picture. I've called then and they say they didn't have another picture. I'd need to go back there. End of story I took another picture in another place. Don't waste your time and money.

Came here to get passport sized photos for a citizenship application. This is a convenience store which has a back-lit wall, the photos are taken with a photo quality camara. The lady in the store was nice enough, took the photos quickly, I waited 5mins and the photos came out well. Total with tax $15.45 seems more expensive compared to other reviewers, but cheaper than shoppers which is $20+. Quick and convenient.

My son needed photos for his first adult passport. He never applied for a passport previously and so he didn't know that he needed 2 printed photos with the back stamped by the photographer. When asked if he wanted the photos printed out or digital, he selected digital. Now the store wants to charge him another $15 for printed photos. I called the owner asking if she would waive the additional fee under the circumstances. She refused as is her right. I think it's a pretty myopic decision on her part. Now my family and friends will never go there again.

Got my 1 year olds passport photo taken here. Lady was nice, and service was fast despite getting slammed with about 10 customers. $20 for kids...but happy to be done.

always gotten my photos with the right dimensions, very polite and sensible staff. no complaints. Don't think it is ideal for baby pics as someone else mentioned but reasonable price for passport size photos compared to other places.
