Entire store 50 percent off which is great. Only thing is sizes are mostly smalls and medium. Dress shirts only available in Milano and Regent fit (slim and ultra slim) I've been buying Brooks clothing for 20 plus years. The Vancouver store appears to be only catering to a certain clientele given the cut of their clothes. Service again lackluster. A once thriving institution, it is little wonder they have sought bankruptcy protection.

I'm pretty happy with the quality of clothing and the prices. The Chinese staff member was nice to me in assisting with selection and sizes, gotta say some people leaving reviews seem to desire an experience where somebody waits and customer services you the moment you enter the store. Bro, you're paying for middle to uppermiddle range men's clothing not buying a lambo. Stop trying to feel like you have value through consumerism.

One star for basic courtesy. Walked in to buy a shirt, which look great. No hello, no offer of help. I even stuck around until the sales staff had helped other customers. If you don't look a certain way, I guess you're not valued as a customer here.

My first buy in Vancouver, as usually I stock my dresses from US. Staying in Gulf used to buy lots to friends n gift.I found this shop is just the right place of anyone is looking for Brooks Brother.The service was too good to be true. The manager was kind and willingly waited Enron after closing hour.

Absolutely phenomenal experience i had here at BB. Not to mention of their quality and reasonable prices with great summer discounts, the staffs working here are just beyond amazing. Didn’t get his name but a guy working here was so passionate what he was doing and helpful with finding sizes and recommendations.Definitely one of the most pleasant experiences i had with buying clothes. Love this place!

This is an excellent store . They have colors I do not see in the US stores. I bought 4 shirts and 2 jackets that were brightly colored springtime happiness. Craig Geffen, associate, was a great salesman, who got me to spend $1,200.00.

Can't say anything bad about my experience buying a suit. Donna was amazing and helpful every step of the way through the process. She was able to answer all my questions and make my first suit buying experience seamless.

Outstanding experience today at the Vancouver Brooks Brothers location. We received a warm welcome by all staff on a very wet November day, lots of smiles and friendly greetings. Vic looked after my needs in a professional manner that was enhanced by his professional approach and excellent product knowledge. Marina, the seamstress, looked after my clothes fitting with a friendly smile and an eye for detail. I only had a short wait while the alterations were completed. Thank you all very much.
