Well for one thing we have never been treated like we were family, they cared for how my husband was feeling after a sever bowl infection he's not that healthy, Brent and Susie made sure he was comfortable. And for the manager putting the tires that wanted on this great vehicle, and the guys in the shop cleaned it up like it was their own, both my husband and I are super pleased and it's nice to have a baseball hat made in Canada I'm amazed, it will be coming there for a of it's oil changes and for what ever it needs. RUDE! Terrible attitude from parts person and service intake individual, on more than one occasion. they couldn’t solve my problem, but surely still charged me and insisted I bring it back when another shop solved my problem (after Toyota only offered bandaid solutions and finger-pointing blame). Insulted my other mechanic when they were able to solve the problem easily. Refused to cover warrantee work with the most ridiculous excuses I’ve ever heard. I’ve owned Toyotas my whole life, but I won’t go near this place again.

Always courteous, informative, helpful, and willing to discuss any issues. This visit was for a wheel alignment - a result of the “pre-collision warning system” engaging to prevent a collision with a post!!

We test drove a Jeep yesterday.When it was time to sit down and talk numbers, Roberto gave us a slap in the face with his ridiculous offer of our jeep that we would trade in. The reasoning for his low ball offer was a price they found from a write up of a jeep that they found at a garage out of province. This partucular vehicle was in an accident.(which they failed to mention)The lack of customer service or attept to gain a new customer was the lowest I have ever seen in my life.Btw, we buy new vehicles approx every 3 years!! Thats a lot of commission out of your pocket Roberto T

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I was greeted by a friendly rep and while I waited for my RAV to be serviced, the shuttle driver stopped and asked if I needed a ride and was super friendly too. I went for a small issue and they actually didn't charge me at all even though I was there for over an hour. Amazing and so grateful. Then to top it all off they washed my vehicle without my asking. WOW. Will highly recommend everyone and I am a very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work North Bay Toyota!!!
