Brought a vehicle here to be diagnosed for a starting issue and they tore the entire vehicle‘s engine a part without my permission and completely ruined the engine on the car. Unsurprisingly, the dealership blamed me and won’t do anything to remediate the issue. Everyone at this dealership is very unprofessional. I would stay away from this dealership altogether.

after reading so many negative reviews I was apprehensive about using these guys, but they had a used vehicle I really wanted. Kathy Proudfoot was the sales lead on this and said she had a 1pm viewing, so I tested and said at 1100 that I was ready right now to come and close the deal, but she declined and said she had to keep her word and be honest... so I was sold. if I ever find another need I will use this dealership and Kathy in particular.

Best experience I’ve ever had with any Volkswagen dealership. Most welcoming and kind staff. I was travelling through BC from Saskatchewan and my A/C was acting up during the heat wave. My appointment was accepted with short notice. Their shop closed at 2pm, but the mechanic stayed behind a little longer to complete my repair. Highly recommend this dealership for all your services and needs!

We are buying a rav 4. Was looking at used. They have a 2020 rav4 le awd for 38000. I end up going to alpine toyota and we are getting a brand new 2023 rav 4 xle which is a step up from le for $43000 all in and a few extras. Had to shake my head. The last vehicle I bought was a 2020 toyota corolla le with 20000km paid $22000 2 years ago. They are trying to sell a 2017 same model for $27000. They are way over priced so I wouldn't waste your time here.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and I must say there customer service sucks after you buy the car. I live 4 hours away and also book my maintenance appointments in advance, usually 2 -3 weeks in advance, and everytime there is some excuse as to why they either need to cancel my appointment, or twhy hey cant lend me a car for my appointment. I am so tired of the excuses from this dealership and the lack of customer service. I have gone to other dealerships for service and they treat you like you matter, for example, Richmond Volkswagon, great service there. I will make the effort to always go to another dealership, Arrow Volkswagon doesnt understand the affect of bad customer service.

WAS SOLD AN UNSAFE VEHICLE!I recently purchased a Ram 1500 2015 from Mike Koch. It had an out of province inspection that Mike paid for, it passed this inspection as Canadian Tire do not check wheel alignment. I drove it for a week and the tires wore down to the fabric. I towed my horses with it and had my young daughter in there too, this truck could have killed all of us! The alignment was so off that I couldn't safely keep it on the road. I contacted Mike and he accused me of spinning the tires, well for me to do this I would have to have it in 4 wheel drive with the back wheels lifted up and vehicle stationary! I'm still driving the vehicle. Mike said it was in an accident and just a fender bender, but Canadian Tire are saying it was in a far worse accident. Mike did not disclose this to me and I will be taking this to Amvic. Buyer beware from this dealership!!

I had an urgent situation when the engine and emission lights were coming up on my dash. I was leaving to drive to Calgary that morning. I drive a Volkswagen and the dealership in town was rude and told me I would have to leave my vehicle there for 4 weeks until they could check it and told me to rent a car?? I was referred by Mike at Denham Ford my friend had called him and he sent me over to Cranbrook Auto Repair, Mike even called Ryan and told him I would be going there. Ryan did the diagnostic as soon as I pulled in and did the scan he then ordered the parts right away and got me back on the road within 2 hours. He was professional and very fair sand the price was much less than I had expected and he didn't even charge me for a full hour of labor.I would recommend this repair facility to anyone and everyone looking for a professional, fair and honest repair shop. I would strongly recommend that all Volkswagen owners go to this shop instead of the dealership in town which is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.
