So surprised about what we got as packaging for my son's suit.We got THE BAG. Really ? Is this how THE BAY treats it's customers by giving THE BAG for almost a $400 suit!!.The funniest was the apology for not having a proper package in a suit section.

Terrible. I recently placed an online order with The Bay. I have never had an issue with online ordering prior, but this time it has been quite an experience. After I placed my order I received confirmation via email. I received the shipped email the next day. A week went by and I did not receive my package. I looked at the shipped email and noted a phone number for customer service so I called. It appears to me that the Bay has now enlisted a call centre for their customer service, which is horrible. I ended up calling three different days to try and find out where my package was. The customer service people did not appear to know anything as one person told me it was to arrive that Monday, which it did not. In the next call I was advised the carrier had not picked it up yet. The next call, they still did not appear to know anything so I said to cancel the order and refund my money. I then received an email advising my package had been lost in transit and asked if I would like to reorder. I emailed saying I had canceled the order and requested a refund. I’m then advised that it will take 14 days for the refund and it would not show up on my statement for two billing cycles. This is ridiculous! I will not be online ordering from the Bay ever again. It is a shame that The Hudson’s Bay Company, a once iconic Canadian department store that sold quality merchandise by knowledgeable staff, has fallen so far so fast. Unfortunately, contacting the Bay’s “digital customer service” for help is like falling down a rabbit hole and I would seriously question my sanity if I even considered placing a further online order from the Bay.

I bought a perfume from here. Anita was my sales person who help throughout the process. She was very polite and well mannered. She took her time to answer all my queries and tested different samples. That helped me to make my decision easily.Overall, the experience was great. Service from Anita was above and beyond. She is the perfect example of customer service.Thanks Anita

Such an assortment of clothes! Bought some sandals for a trip, love them! There are different labels available, which is really nice. A bit pricey, but deals can be found!

Misleading Advertising: Placard clearly showed 40% Off, but I got shocked to know “No Discount” at billing counter. One can’t read exclusions as font size of exclusions is so small. This is deliberately done to mislead the customers and one of the best ways to make customers fool.

I shopped for some colognes, and the attendant was very helpful and knew his colognes. Found me the right one and even introduced me to some longer lasting ones that I think I'm going to go back for.10/10

After i wrote this ,we just got an update . Shipped from London ON to London Ont. A couple miles away.. if I had know that, I would have walked to pick it upWorst online experience of any company I have ever dealt with .basically,Ordered 2 weeks ago and no one knows the status ..called 3 times and 3 different and 3 different answers . Can't believe the run around. The Bay says its on the way but courier says its not in their system. Then called the Bay again and says it hasn't been picked up yet ...it's been 2 weeks .And this isn't the first time either.4 days later . Numerous calls and was told will be another 5 days ...ugh

Great service and good assortment of quality products. Prices in promotions are actually quite good. I liked the selection on baby clothing and was surprised to see the variety in the toys section. The store is well organized and the staff is friendly.

Convenient location inside the White Oaks Mall, with quite a bit of parking, easy to get to and find. The product offering is very limited, and what they do offer is quite pricey compared to similar (or the same products) from competitive retailers. It always feels like the place is going out of business every time I'm in there.
