I had an external hard drive that crashed. All of our family photos were on it and I had not set up a backup plan.Jerry was able to retrieve all of our lost data, and put it on a modern external drive. I cannot recommend Jerry highly enough. We have used him for computer repair over the past few years, and have always been impressed with his skills and service, which keeps us going back. But my most recent experience with him makes me feel indebted to him forever. My external hard drive with all of my pictures from the past 18 years failed, and I tried hard to find someone who could help. When Jerry looked at it, he said it was beyond his skill level, but helped me to find the right person to do it at the best price. This process took a while, but he was so patient and helpful, and did it without asking a dime for himself. Such outstanding service from a guy who truly cares. Thank you Jerry, for helping me to save as many memories as possible!

My computer was on it's last leg when I took it in to Jerry. He gave me a couple different repair options to choose from, and let me decide. When I got the computer back, I basically had a new computer. He was easy to work with, and had the computer back to me when promised, and at the price quoted.

Highly recommend Jerry for any PC issues. I tried troubleshooting a PC that’s couldn’t start with support for days and Jerry found the issue immediately. Gave me a new hard drive, doubled my storage, cleaned and updated my pc, and gave me a year of virus protection. All within a good price.

I work from home, and yesterday I spilled coffee all over my laptop, I cannot afford a new one. I called Jerry and he got me in right away, and within just a couple hours had completely taken apart my computer, cleaned it, and advised that everything was fine. He saved me such a huge headache, let me know I should invest in an external hard drive, and told me to let him know if I'm in the market for a new computer because he has great deals! I cannot be more thankful for Jerry and his quick, kind, and efficient work. And his communication with me during the process was AMAZING. I worked a full shift today with ZERO issues!!!!
