Emergency 24H service is marketing fluff, don't waste your time calling if you are in a pinch. 6:02pm on a Thursday is a reasonable time to as for an emergency call and an hour later they said they wouldn't be able to come.Don't offer 24H service if you don't stand by those words.

This was a really unfortunate experience. We started off on a great foot and found them very personable and kind until the work actually began. There was no communication, damage to our property with no accountability and then refusal to even explain extra charges that were added after the fact. I’ve felt bullied during this experience and because of the volatile nature of the owner am worried about him tampering with our home. Beware, I figured there should be a review indicative of the experience we had.

Jacques was very friendly and got the job done in good time. We would definitely recommend his company. We will be using again in a few years. Thanks.

Jacques was one of three quotes we received to install a complete new septic system in our 30 year old home. His quote was wonderful, A to Z, including dismantling our deck above the old holding tank, making a new one in its place, and fixing all landscaping as a result of the construction - Like I said A to Z -and we decided to go with Springfield Septic - and ARE WE GLAD WE DID. He is everything you would want in a contractor: Excellent communication - not one word or no answer at all, but long, well written communication anytime I asked a question via text - which was often; he also has a high attention to the details. The yard looks fabulous after they were all done.When we stated we wanted the field quite far from the house -700 feet - he listened and understood we did not want to ruin our landscaping. This meant a lot that the contractor listened and sympathized with our concerns and then offered solutions to our wants.I would use him again and again. My wife was very comfortable with him and his crew - which says a lot right there. All through the job she kept saying how glad she was, as was I, that we hied him for the work.Thanks Jacques, it was a pleasure working with you. Jacques is just amazing. He has been there for me in two emergency's, first time was boxing day at -30 and he was outside, helped and fixed a huge issue! Was so great, 2nd time, fast, efficient, supper helpful and just a great guy. Will be a customer for life and will recommend him to everyone!
