Amazing staff, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are satisfied. Great prices, lots of selection, and the staff are full of product knowledge and definitely know what they're talking about! Would 10/10 recommend this place! Totally unreal! ☺️

I always got great service from the guy that works there but the woman is a little bit of something to be desired and that's just saying it nicely. Good luck with your business especially if she's working behind the counter. Won't be coming back and will tell others my experiences also.

Been my go to place for years. Great staff, product inventory and service. Always willing to help with mods when needed as well. Best vape shop in town.

Update: Ownership/Management followed up with me directly and promptly. There was a miscommunication, and the problem has been addressed. Excellent customer service!TL;DR: Nice staff. Strange decision making from ownership.First off, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, very strange return policy. I went in to the store for a warranty inquiry/replacement. I thought my product (stlth battery) was broken, and needed replacement. I purchased a replacement and walked out the front with my defective unit in hand. Out of instinct, I had a pull from my defective unit and it worked! I turned around and walked back in the store after being outside for less than 15 seconds. The staff was kind enough to call ownership and request a refund for me. Ownership would not honor a 15 second refund on account of 'product left the store'. I can appreciate having refund policies, but this level of rigidity is absurd. Buyers beware.

RPI is the way to goooo. They have so many great products to choose from. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they give extremely great information and they really know what they're talking about. The store is very neat, and it's easy to navigate. And they have an awesome rewards program for their customers.

They always have some sort of deal on and everyone is super helpful! I didn’t know the kind of vape I got for my birthday but they helped me figure it out and get the right pods for it

This is, hands down, one of the best vape shops in town. The employees are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about anything you might ask about. I've never once gone in without getting recommendations on new flavours to try, and I've never been disappointed with a flavour they've said I should try

The man who was helping me, was very friendly and totally down to talk, he was rather insightful when he identified my tank and asked how I was enjoying it. He had a pretty good recommendation for juices as I asked to be shown what they have as I am new to town! Good job guys!

Super friendly staff always willing to help! Been shopping there since it opened and I’ve never shopped anywhere else due to the fact they have outstanding customer service. If you have any questions they have the answers they take the time to educate you, I dropped one of my vaporizers and it wouldn’t work I took it in they quickly fixed it for me at no charge and then showed me how to fix it if I do it again. Great store and I highly recommend it!

This store is a very professional and fun store to visit, they are all well versed with knowledge about the different types of mods, tanks and pod systems, I've personally bought 2 vapes here and have had wonderful engagement and lots of help setting my stuff up. There is an area in the back of the store where you can hang around and talk with the employees and other customers. It it a wonderfully friendly environment while also being very professional. I have been going for a while and will continue to go there, never had a bad experience here and I've spent hundreds of dollars. 10/10 would recommend. Again, staff are amazing, friendly and are knowledgeable with beginner and advanced questions you may have.
