I don't understand the negative reviews for this business. I went in with two pairs of pants to be altered and I got them back the same day. The owner was gracious and friendly and her rates were reasonable. Yes, she is not set up for credit or debit payments, but it's her choice to run a cash business and she made that clear before I left the store.

I dropped off 3 pieces of clothing for minor repair shortly before moving to BC at the end of April 2018. Monica agreed to fixing them and mailing them to me at my BC address. Monica charged me $65 for the repairs and shipping. I expected to receive the clothes a few weeks later. That never happened. I called her many times - no answer every time. I left many messages, she never called back. Total ghost behavior. I was in High River for 2 days starting Friday July 12, 2019 so I stopped in to ask about my clothes. She had no explanation for not sending them to me and made no apology for herself. Monica said she had them at home and to come back that afternoon to pick them up. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it that afternoon and she was closed on Saturday. So I tried calling her and again and again, still no answer, no call back... looking into legal options

She was very unprofessional, abrupt and couldn’t give us a date for pick up, her answer was: “sometime next week”. We asked her to alter the jeans so the jean hem would still be visible, she said she could do that, and didn’t. We just moved here and thought we would stick to local, but won’t go there again.

She was a little all over the place indecisive on pick up Date but the work she did was great and did exactly what I asked great customer service let me try on before I pay garment Farley priced

Monica is a wonderful seamstress. She is fairly priced, professional, and fun to visit. Monica has altered numerous items for me over the years; I won’t go anywhere else. She’s good.

Ripped my favourite pants while in town on vacation. Service was fast and very friendly! Bonus: they did a really great job!
