Terrible branch! The branch manager is totally disrespectful and laughs at people with hearing disabilities!

Very bad customer service. Had to wait almost 6 months to get a replacement card. Had to visit the bank most months just to be sent back disappointed. Highly disappointed with the service.

I’ve been to every branch in Thunder Bay and I must say that this location is by far the best . The wait time is either very short or there isn’t one; the other locations have insane line ups and personally I can’t stand for long periods of time. The Grandview location would not serve me - My account is and has been set to Deposit Only from a deposit issue from four years ago. I opened my account in Toronto so my home branch said they’d lift it after 6 months but they failed to tell us that I’d have to go to my home branch to have it lifted. Long story short I do not have a bank card and can only use my ID and answer their questions and match my signature to access my account… Grandview wouldn’t accept my ID didn’t even bother asking the security questions and wouldn’t even try to match my signature they just completely denied me as a customer…. I’ll never go there again! Alloy Drive has allowed me without ID because they’re aaare of my situation and they are very kind and understanding! I’ll be closing my current account and then opening a new one as their location as my new home branch. I’ve had issues at every other branch at one time or another but not a single problem there! Thank you to all the customer service representatives at that location ! I have enough issues and it’s amazing that you guys make things much easier for me!!!

Best RBC branch in town. Whether personal or business services are needed, the staff here have created a fantastic, friendly, and fast banking experience. It is rare to find banks like this anymore.
