TD Canada Trust Branch

I have had nothing but trouble with this branch. I called over 10 times, left messages and even went in person when it came to purchasing rrsp and updating info. No one ever returned my messages, and when I went in person the teller took my name and number and stated that someone would call me that day to set up a meeting. I received no Such call. Horrible service, no desire to help the customer, useless branch.

Poorly trained staff dealing w complex systems. Went in to pay $300 on a line of credit. Teller didn't know how to do it. Stood there while he had to ask others. Accidentally keyed in a payment for $20,000 then gave me a receipt. I couldn't have possibly given him $20,000 in cash but he never checked or noticed. I noticed walking away and went back.

I got help with my account pretty quickly, all the staff were very helpful in guiding me through the process. Special thanks to Personal Banking Associate Jacinta Nketia, I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks

Needed some cash in large bills. The teller, Twinkle Patel, was courteous and asked about my day. The usual back-and-forth word exchange was pleasant and led to meaningful discussion. There was no-one in line waiting as staff had obviously taken care of every previous customer's banking needs before I arrived. I found Twinkle to be the most beautiful part of my day, and wish upon every customer entering that particular TD branch, a similar enjoyable experience.

This bank is so garbage, they now lock the ATM after hours. The drive thru ATM ate my interac card....absolutely trash

Had to go to this location in order to verify my identity for a credit card. Couldn’t even get that right and had to do multiple trips. Embarrassment to the brand and I canceled any plans to do further banking with this “institution”

Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Staff almost always confused and not sure how to do their jobs. Always a long wait. I only stop here if I know I have an hour plus to spare for simple transactions.

This place is always upselling, but even worse they are selling whats not required. I was set up with an account that cost $15.95 per month that had 3 transactions per year. I had it downgraded, but found out (just out of a slip of tongue by the clerk) that even lower, more suitable rates were available than what they offered (they were pushing 25 transactions on me for $8, and there is an option for 12 for $4/mo.). I had to argue to get these rates. In the end, they had me signing a 27 PAGE Agreement thar said We will be changing the Cardholder and Electronic Financial Services Terms and Conditions" for some reason I am still trying to figure out.Then....They had my tap set up to an overdraft account so I had a month of $5.00 every tap ($7.50 for a Timmy's coffee x 25+). I went in to have it switched and they didn't do it

Went in this morning at 9am, I was out in 2 minutes. Staff was helpful and fast and super knowledgeable. This location always has given me the fastest and best service out of the branches in YXE. Thank you guys.

I’m ready for the robots to take over the bank teller positions in this branch. All the humans that work here are inconsistent and rude.
