My definition of a bank is not this institution. I Started with their business savings acct. : They put a hold on your funds for over 2 weeks (a corporate check), Can not pay your CRA payments or your CC bill, customer agents for most part are incompetent and try to get rid of you by saying their system does not support this or that, Agent who opened the account was not well informed re various functions of their savings acct.,... Overall, it has been a frustrating experience.

THIS BY FAR is the WORST banking experience I have ever had , literally IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone via telephone , or email. Deposited corporate check , has been on hold now for almost 2 months , jumped thru all their hoops and submitted any and every required document , and still nothing , cannot even close the account , so frustrated , DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS

Pretty good rates on savings and GICs, customer service guy very friendly and act fast. Impressive.

Terrible customer service. I made two appointments through their web. The first time I waited for the call that never came but then received an email from their customer service rep saying he was not a mortgage specialist (even though my appointment request was to discuss mortgages. For my second try, I waited and did not receive a phone call. A useless bank and a lot of time wasted (on my part).

THIS BANK IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE…. I have been attempting to speak with someone … ANYONE that is affiliated with this bank for upwards of 3 weeks now , calling every day 20x a day , nobody will answer the phone , I have left messages and have sent emails ; all to no avail, they have apparently only one call centre in Ontario somewhere , with the stupidest business hours , like what bank customer service closes at 5pm eastern time? That’s 2pm in BC , smh! And then nobody responds to emails or voicemails left , I have been locked out of my account and nobody can contact me back to resolve this issue ?? I’m at a point where I feel like I should report these fraudsters to a higher authority they have basically stolen my money . Like seriously there isn’t even a 24 hour agent to call if you lost or someone stole your card? Absolute GARBAGE ! Star rating -150 stars
