There were a lot of concerns. Nothing that I could see on the webpage. Nobody cared about resolving the problems. The worst was the unclean linen, dirty floor, broken bed, and dirty kitchen counter top. After check-in, no support was provided. It's better to stay in a hotel than here. STAY AWAYYY ( The reviews are surely self added/ bought)

Working with Melissa Barrera at Corporate Stays Montreal has been an excellent experience, Melissa has been very helpful in sorting out apartment codes for our colleagues and latest on sorting out parking for my colleague for two weeks will in Montreal. The assistance Melissa has provided has taken a lot of the stress off me and colleagues while on travel. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

We went away to France for 3 months and Corporate Stays at le Livmore was very good to us. Upon our return I needed assistance from the Concierge staff and Daniyal Ahmed was extremely helpful in getting my car ready for departure. We appreciate Daniyal working after hours to make this possible.

Corporate Stays Montreal - Furnished Executive Apartments
My parents used them for a 1 month stay at The Alexander, and this review is on their behalf:Our apartment was in horrible condition - while the building was nice this unit was completely run down and unlivable. First, we reserved a parking spot and arrived late at night, exhausted after moving out of our home all day. We came to discover someone was in our spot, and it was a huge hassle late at night trying to figure out where to park.Then, we get in the building and discover a couch completely run down and peeling, in absolutely horrible condition. Photos attached - this is not the quality of apartment I paid for and was not reflected in the photos.To make matters worse there were absolutely no towels in the entire unit, not even one hand towel. It was very difficult living there the first two days with no towels. They said they would drop off towels and literally gave only one bath towel, one hand towel and one bath mat for 2 people for a one month stay (photo attached). We have had to bring our own towels to use.Then, the furniture was in such bad condition that the bed broke! My mom (who is tiny and petite) sat on the bed to put on her bedslippers and the slats cracked in half and fell out! Photo attached.Then, it was burning hot in the apartment and the A/C wouldn’t turn on, my poor dad spent an hour trying to figure it out. It turned out they hadn’t even left batteries in the A/C remote. They had to switch batteries from the TV remote in the middle of the night to get the AC going.The bathroom sink drain also doesn’t even have a cap so it’s easy to lose things and you can’t fill the sink (photo attached).My parents called and submitted the complaints on the first night. They said it would all be resolved within a day but nothing was solved other than dropping off that meager bit of towels. No follow up phone call, resolution, or even an apology.This has been a horrible experience for my elderly parents during an already stressful move. Their complaints and phone calls have not resolved this matter and they want to move out immediately with a full refund. They are regretting that they chose this place for their one month stay, instead of an Airbnb which has photos of the actual unit, reviews of the unit, and protections in place.Update: After posting this review, the company proceeded to harass my elderly father. They also withheld a refund until we removed this review, blackmailing us for telling the truth - with photographic proof! Because of the lack of ethics, I have chosen to repost.Update 2: The lack of ethics at this company knows no bounds. After I chose to repost this review, they proceeded to engage in fraud, sending us a legal notice from someone who is *not* a registered lawyer demanding that I take down this honest review. This is the sketchiest, most unethical company I have ever heard of, and I will NOT be taking down this honest review no matter how hard they try to blackmail and threaten.

The stay here was great - Valentina, the housekeeper made my experience great. She has great attention to details and asked if I need anything.However, the communication among your departments is something you need to work on. I initially communicated with Hakim regarding my stay. I told him I needed an early check-in which he quoted me for and I paid in my invoice. I thought everything was good but a day before my arrival, I received a call from a lady confirming my stay and I re-confirmed my early check-in around 8 am-9 am. I told her I paid for this. She told me whom I agreed with, I said Hakim quoted me for it and she asked me if I could send the email thread which I forwarded to them. Then Ali confirmed from the email everything was good. The night of my arrival, Blessie called me and she told me to disregard the email about the room I was supposed to stay in, I will stay in a different room then I told her about my early check-in again. I did not get to pick up the call so she sent me a message telling me that I would be refunded as no room was available. To me, it sounds unsympathetic and unprofessional. I was told no room was available because the guests of the room I was supposed to stay in decided to extend their stay. I told them that is not my problem. My previous agreement should not be affected by the client's last-minute decision. And there should be a note about my request as I paid for it. Blessie left me with NO OPTIONS. She did not even consider having my luggage be dropped off in the room or prioritize the clean up of the room where I am supposed to stay. I even asked what time is the checkout time - I was told it was at 12 noon. I asked if the room can be cleaned first. Blessie said it cannot be done. It was not the response I was expecting as she could have made some arrangements. She told me everything has to be approved first.I kept on calling and I even asked if I can speak to a manager. There was no manager around. It was a stressful situation. Ali messaged me on the day of my arrival. Though he delivered good news, I already planned to have my luggage dropped off somewhere while I wait to be checked in early. Ali told me that I can drop off my luggage and I can check in after 12 noon.The stay I had was great - the amenities were good. It was the chaotic communication that I had to deal with which was not okay. Overall, I will recommend staying here however, prior arrangements should be known by the staff who need to know so your guests will have the seamless experience.

Absolutely loved my experience with Corporate Stays. The Casa Suárez furniture was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so cozy and inviting. Plus, the prime location of the building made it easy to explore all that Montreal has to offer. Highly recommend Corporate Stays for your next trip!
