A really relaxing place. You have to be really quiet inside the spa, you can only talk in the changing room and their cafeteria. Take as long time as you want inside, the steam room is very strong with the mint smell(I guess it’s the essential oil they add in the steam) , and during the winter time they will set up heated hammock, strongly recommend to take a nap inside the hammock.

Stunning please for a magical experience. All massage times were booked so we booked hydrotherapy. We arrived at 4pm and it was a bit crowded but as time went people were leaving and it felt so much more relaxed. It was the first time for me and my husband experiencing such a relaxing time. We spent 3 hours there, I wished we had time for more, but next time. The place is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

Overall I enjoyed the experience. We arrived around 10am and it was easy to park and do a walk in with no reservation. You alternate between hot pools, cold pools, and relaxing on various loungers/hammocks/etc. I was happy that many relaxing spots were under shade. However, by noon most of the pools were fully in the hot sun.I recommend giving the experience a go for the novelty, but would probably not return given the cost.

Escape to paradise with a visit to this serene spa retreat. From the moment you arrive, you'll be transported to a state of pure relaxation. The massage you'll receive is nothing short of perfect, leaving you feeling as if you've been reborn. The heavenly ambience only adds to the experience, providing a tranquil and peaceful setting that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.Indulge in the luxurious amenities available at this spa, including a hot pool, sauna, steam room, and solarium. Complete with a relaxing lounge area, you can unwind and let your stresses melt away. Savor the taste of hot tea, served to perfection, as you bask in the tranquil surroundings.

Must visit when in whistler ! Our hotel had a 10% off voucher for walk ins so we came for a visit on a Friday and there was no waitlist. The facility is so nice, and we loved the silent and no phone policy. We brought our own bath robes from the hotel and that saves you $30 per person! The food we had at lunch was yummy and not overly overpriced. The experience was worth it for sure!

It's a little bit run down because of its age but this place is one of my favorite thermal spas. All thr equipment and saunas are working great. The best part about the place is the views. It's such a good feeling after a cold dip heading up the stairs to havoc cove and meditating to the sound of nature with a spectacular view !

Love this outdoor oasis! They have so much more than just hot pools and cold pools. They have 2 steam rooms, 2 saunas, many relaxation rooms with super comfy loungers, yoga room, sun chairs, a fire pit, hammocks and more. On my first visit I had an amazing RMT massage. Love the complimentary hot tea and apples! This is a silent spa which makes it even more relaxing. Don't hesitate to visit. You won't regret it!

It’s alright, good for napping and relaxing. It is a silent spa so talking is not allowed. If you want to keep entertained, bring a book because it will get somewhat boring. The massages are great and I got a deep tissue massage. What’s in the spa: There are 3 hot tubs, 3 cold plunge pools, two saunas (flooring is very hot, like walking on hot sand!), two steam rooms (one is eucalyptus scented) (also both very hot!), three solariums, hammocks, sun beds, and lawn chairs situated all over the spa area. There’s also a room for you to practice yoga and lie on large bean bag chairs. There is a tea dispenser and water fountains in the spa area.A small coffee shop is located near the front desk, the food sells out quick. Towels and robes are available for rental.

This place was highly recommended to me by everyone I know who’s been. I was worried I’d be disappointed but I was not.We signed up for the Thermal VIP package, and received a brief run-down, 2 towels, a bath robe, and a key+lock for the lockers upon arrival. The lady at the reception desk also explained the recommended what order we should do things in to get the best experience. The change rooms were nice and had a blow dryer, showers, and a bathroom. The spa itself is outdoors and it is really beautiful, so many options to choose from. I could have easily spent all day there - the view was amazing as well. There are no electronic devices or speaking aloud so it was very peaceful. We started with the steam room, cold pool and solarium for relaxing. Then, we moved onto the heated pool, a different cold pool, and then heated hammocks to relax (which were… slightly uncomfortable?). Then, we did the sauna, the cold pool again, and then a different solarium. Then we finally did one more steam room, a different cold pool (waterfall version), and the relaxation room with couches and a fireplace. whew! All this in about 3-3.5 hours.Being in the cold water for any amount of time is not enjoyable if you’re not used to it (like me), but doing it for at least 5s right after spending 15-20 minutes in a steam room/sauna, and then coming out of it, I felt amazing…The relaxation rooms were so peaceful, but probably could have been a bit more comfortable and less disturbing to others (the rocking chairs were a bit tough to get on / get off without making noise).
