We had an expensive exercise bike we had purchased in 2013 that hadn’t seen much use we wanted to put back into action. But it was dead and though my husband tore it down could not bring it back to life. Thank heavens we found Allan and just after talking to him on the phone Joe was able to find the problem and put it back together and use the bike. It was the week before Christmas and Allan took the time on a busy Friday afternoon to talk Joe thru the repair process with no gain to himself. We really appreciated Allans help and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks Allan!

Allan is so kind and helpful. We had a problem with our elliptical and he diagnosed the problem over the phone without even seeing it. Very professional and called to follow up a few weeks later to see if everything was still working after the new part was installed. Impressed.

Allan is really great. He came to check my old treadmill and determined the problem and how to solve it in no time. He also said he would look for the necessary parts to make treadmill work again.
