He sincerely wants his customers to be satisfied with the service. He is courteous and responsive. I had technical trouble with my setup, and he was able to fix it quickly. And the tv service is awesome. Highly recommended!

Amazing to deal with. Never have had an issue with the service. My parents are not tech savvy and he offered them a quick and easy tutorial on how to use the box. They have never had an issue with the box or the service since. We don’t even look anywhere else because of how reliable and trustworthy this service is! Highly recommend
