Mr Pars is very friendly all the staff are very nice. I went for a rush vacuum they were very accommodating. Will visit for detailing for sure!

I booked the gold package and when they inspected my car prior to service they said it would be 5 hours and $200. The gold package was 2.5 hours and $90. Not the first time I encountered underhanded upselling. I did not stay and will not go back. Dishonest business.

Strongly do not recommend this place. I booked an appointment for a car interior wash. The price of interior ($40) plus salt/strain removal ($50) was total $90 in accordance to their website and it was confirmed by phone when I made the booking. When arrived to the car wash at appointed time, workers said that the real price will be $150 instead of $90 and they pushed hard to sell me their Diamond package. They were rejecting to do the work for $90, although I showed them their own price-list, which is present on the counter of their office and website. Finally I got tired disputing with them and left the place. Very disappointed - just wasted my time.

They did a good job on my vehicles. Overall I'm satisfied. I do suggest leaving your car there for the day as you don't want them to rush the service. Good value for the service. They did a great job on removing the salt as there was a lot of buildup.

Great, different playground and nice trail

When I called for an appointment, they asked for a deposit incase I don't show up. Then I guess the owner said it's ok,, he will come. When I did go on Saturday he said sorry my guys are all in the hospital they should be back shortly i will call you.It's been 5 days so far & no call. What a joke & he was complaining about how slow business is, I wonder why!!!Nice gentlemen, but not cut out for this job.

I purchased the Diamond package this past Sunday - I also had some vomit in between the window crack. One of the gentlemen told me to come in, and they would have to look at it in order to consider my vehicle's interior is extreme or not. He took a look at the interior and assured me that it was NOT extreme. The window is a seperate issue - he said he would try to clean it and if there was no hassle, he would not charge extra but of course if it was, he would have to charge up to $40. He called me to say my interior was fine but the window was a hassle, I told him to go ahead but then he proceeded to tell me it would be $50 instead.Side note: my trunk was not vacuumed or shampooed which that is INCLUDED in the diamond package. I told him I am in the process of moving and had stuff in my trunk. I should not have paid the full $140 (not including the $50 for window).I picked up my car and it looked half decent. After driving away I immediately called them back to inform them that my window was still really streaky, even after him assuring he got everything out. He said he could comp me $20 and to come back to get it redone. I brought up the other issues as well and he had the nerve to say that even though I didn't do my trunk the hassle of the window is what kept the charge at $140 - and he still charged me the extra $50!!! I'm sorry but if I it's a hassle to clean and that's why I am paying EXTRA, then I expect it cleaned 100%.He even told me that although trunk was not done that I can't even at least come back to have it done. If you are charging the full $140, I expect all services listed to be done completely. $20 comp barely even covered my gas to get back there to have the window (not even fully) redone.I definitely will not be going back. And just a tip, don't pay before you THOROUGHLY check your car.

Would not recommend. Made an appointment in the morning only for me to arrive and they try to upsell me to $300 when we spoke about gold package. This is not a 300 quote . What a bunch of crooks

Overall, a little disappointed. I came here and got the diamond package. The main reason was to have the tree sap removed from the hood and this package includes the removal of tree sap, and bugs.The car looked clean when i got it back and I just had a quick look on the hood to see if the tree sap was removed, which it was.The next day I took a closer look and noticed that the bug splatter on my front bumper was still there. The package mentions this would be cleaned as well, but that wasn't the case here. I'm curious if the car is actually hand washed and chamois dried as advertised. If so, I'm not sure how this is missed.The interior was cleaned nicely but I almost slipped in my car when I went inside. It appears that my rubber mats were cleaned with some sort of shine and they are extremely slippery. Other than that, the interior is very clean.Overall, a little disappointed about the bug mess still on my bumper. Especially when paying for one of the top packages that's supposed to remove it. If you come here, I recommend going over the entire car when you pick it up.I'll be going elsewhere for any future detailings.
