Jake and his team went above and beyond to help us with new fixtures for our kitchen and bathroom. Jake helped me select the materials, ordered them, installed them, warrantied his work, and honored that warranty. They also have the sweetest receptionist ever. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

My experience with Nadeau’s has been awesome. Jacques is one of the most customer service oriented peope I have ever worked with. His professionalism is way above par. His knowledge of the Caldera Spas, and everything related, is really impressive. Jacques helped me replace a Caldera Spa on my deck up at Jay Peak. He went above and beyond to make this happen. The whole experience was a pleasure. I’m looking forward to working with him and with Nadeau’s on future projects. Thank you Jacques!

We used Jacques Nadeau as our point of contact for the installation of a new Hot Tub at our Townhome in Jay Peak. We're from the city in MA and expected to be taken advantage of and were not expecting good service or great pricing given that we're not local.We could not have been more wrong! Jacques was fantastic. His pricing was very good (better than others) and his communication and honesty was excellent. He was dealing with a manufacturing schedule that was at the whims of the covid pandemic and was up-front about his inability to give solid timelines (as he had enough experience with the frequent delays from the factories that he no longer could rely on them)Jacques was willing to take a deposit and let us cancel at any time if the timeline would not work for us (right up until the design was locked).He gave us a date that HE thought was realistic (longer than factory suggestion) and he met it :-)He did a great job of walking us through the various options; which ones made sense for this (very) cold climate and which features didn't really add value.All in all, a fantastic experience and I really felt that they wanted us to be happy and they wanted to do the right thing.Highly recommended

I called them and they couldn’t come out to me but I was able to speak to one of the plumbers he helped me out even though he could not come out because I did not have an account or something but he spoke to me for about 15 minutes about my problem and I was able to handle it myself even though they couldn’t come out to do it because they can’t take calls for customers that they have not already had but it’s fine because the guy who called me was super nice and he talked to me for 15 minutes for no reason and I really appreciate it and I would recommend this plumbing company to anybody because they are very very nice people and if I have any other problems I will make sure to call them because they are great amazing people

We just bought a salt water hot tub and it is amazing! We had bought a hot tub from Nadeau’s Plumbing and Heating 19 years ago and it was time for a new one. We bought the Geneva model from Utopia series. Highly recommend it as there are a lot more jets, very comfortable seats and the salt water therapy feels therapeutic and amazing! 5 star rating!!!❤️

They have excellent technicians. I will never use Fred’s again, to many safety issues missed.The only issue is once in awhile there is a miss connect between the front office and techs out in the field. They had doubled booked or the appointment wasn’t scheduled on occasion. That being said, I will continue, with confidence, to use them for our heating needs.

I just moved to the area and was having issues with my plumbing. I called Nadeau's and they sent Matt out to fix my sink and tub and service my furnace. He found leaks in my plumbing that the inspection missed. He was very friendly and polite and cleaned up very neatly afterwards. Needless to say I had him sent back to fix my leaks as well.

Jeremy was professional and courteous. He explained exactly what he did with my boiler and how often I would need to have it services. I will definitely be calling them Nadeau's for all of my plumbing needs.

A plumber came out to check a water pump issue which decided to not act up at the time. I went over all the other plumbing issues I wanted fixed since he was there. He said an estimate would be sent soon. Weeks later and no estimate, I called, she said she'd get back to me. After not hearing back I called and asked for my deposit back. After not receiving a check I drove in to get it. They said a check had been cut - when they looked a check had not been cut so she wrote one right then. It cost me $110 for them to basically do nothing. I left with no invoice, no estimate, and the office staff could not have cared less about the whole thing. During the weeks of dealing with this company I called Fred's which came, sent out an estimate promptly, and within a couple weeks had all plumbing issues fixed. I will never give a deposit to another company again. The Covid situation can not be used as an excuse. If a company is backlogged or just taking longer then they should say up front or just decline taking on potential new business. Instead, they took my money and then just went silent.I'm revising the rating from 1 star to 2 stars only for the following 3 reasons.#1 They apologized but only after I'd posted my review.#2 I got a refund but only after I requested it.#3 They've been in business long enough to have known better and it shouldn't have happened in the first place.Hopefully they've learned from this experience.

Always completely satisfied with the response time and customer service of Nadeaus. They are always polite, timely, efficient and affordable. We've had many of their members in our home and each one has been outstanding! 10/10 recommend them as a primary and emergency plumbing and heating service. Thanks Nadeaus!!
