The service was excellent. The driveway and sidewalk was icy when Gideon came to pick us up so he moved the car as close as possible to us and held my 4 year-old daughter's hand all the way to the car to make sure she did not slip. He was excellent in creating such a relaxing atmosphere on the drive to our destination.On the return trip, I couldn't get enough of Nader. Our pick up was on a main road and he made sure that my daughter was safe getting into the car. He made me laugh the whole drive home - which really made my day since our day was not what we expected. He truly has this kind vibe about him that is contagious. When we got to my house, it was still icy. Nader carried my daughter to the door to ensure she did not slip, while holding my hand.I always feel nervous in a car when my daughter is in it with me, particularly in the winter, but both Gideon and Nader made me feel extremely calm and comfortable. I truly felt safe.I will only be using their services moving forward.

Ideal Exec was such a great chauffeur service for my wedding. They accommodated to my changes in schedule thanks to Theresa. Nav and Moosa were so polite when they picked up all of the guests, including me! The cars were definitely luxurious in terms of space, cleanliness, and technology! I had a massage in the back seat, which was so needed. Top notch quality in service and transportation.

Great service! I booked online for an airport drop off! Service provided updates on driver which was great! I knew exactly when the driver was on the way and when they arrived! Also, with full service it came with a hot beverage, great way to start a trip! We arrived early and didn’t have to stress about time! Driver was very professional and well mannered!

Tried contacting them to their proper channels and also through instagram. They left me on scene I tried to have a more direct conversation still no reply.I don’t know if they pick and choose their clients or just a lack of customer service.I would recommend going to them if you need immediate services.
