Pearle Vision

I have been using Pearl Vision for my glasses for my last few visits. Staff, product and price are the best in the business. I will ot go anywhere else in the future.

Moved to Brantford 8 years ago. Local optical stores failed me in quality. Returned to Pearle Vision at Limeridge Mall. Excellent experience, quality through & through. Definitely worth the drive.

The Assistant Manager we dealt with was very patient, explained everything in great detail and was very professional and easy to talk with. Will definitely go back again for new glasses when needed.

Excellent location, was there April 13 in the evening, the sales associate was fantastic. They didn't have what I needed, but the sales associate was great .Located on the second floor, by Hudson bay.

I really needed new glasses, so I went and had my eyes examined..I chose this shop because I had heard good things about them. They make getting new glasses fun! Very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I'm very happy with my experience there. I recommend them!

From start to finish, I had a truly great experience with this Pearle Vision location! I called, and had the pleasure of speaking with Carmen. I told Carmen that I had visited my parents, and their puppy chewed the arm of my glasses! I mentioned I have only had the frames just over 1 year, and I wanted to know what my best option would be. Whether it be a repair to my current frames, or to buy a new pair. Carmen offered to look into this, and call me back. After a few minutes I received a phone call back, saying that they have the parts to repair my frames…. For free! All I had to do was come in to their location. So I did! I introduced myself to Carmen, they remembered my name, and led me to Laura, who was also lovely to work with! Laura showed genuine interest, and compassion with me. Absolutely great experience! Very quick. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you to this amazing team!

I absolutely LOVE Limeridge Mall location! I always have such great experiences here. Been going here since I needed glasses. Janet who helped me today was truly such a blessing and such a wonderful lady. She was so fun and positive and it was just a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place! Having been wearing spectacles for almost 20 years now. this will be my best shopping experience with Pearl Vision at limeridge. Varg is great in dealing with. Very professional and experienced.

Friendly and personable service. I received a quote for two pairs of glasses - progressive and computer and the quote was better than a competing provider in the same mall. Looking forward to getting my finished glasses!
