The lady who answered the phone was so rude!!! That’s not anyway to speak to customers. I would take my business somewhere else, I’ll never be coming here.

It's been awhile, but my bathroom in my old house needed remodeling and I ran in to major problems. My bathroom was a few inches to short for a standard sized bathtub. We were sitting there and contemplating moving a whole wall over a few inches when my brother told me that mobile home bathtubs were just a little shorter than a standard tub. He steered me to this place and everyone was very friendly and helpful. If I ever needed their services again, I would not hesitate to use them.

WOW!!! This place was so cool!!! Didn't know they had a special store just for my home! No more Home Depot or running to every hardware store in the county!!! One N Done! Also whatever the girls name inside is. She was so awesome, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable about the things I want to get done!!

Everyone here is such a pleasure to speak with. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, totally the best place for all mobile home needs. Won't be wasting time looking for any other company. Will be doing all our business in one place from now on

Thank You for not following up. I made an appointment, they showed up early didn’t knock, said they took measurements. Called me later on the day to discuss my options. I was told they would get more information and return a call. I as of yet have not gotten a return call. Poor way to treat people.

Thanks for not communicating with us. My husband took the day off. They came out. The man said he was going to get the parts. Never returned. Called them was told they can't do it. All you had to do was reach out and let us know. Now we wasted a whole day for nothing.

I contracted this company late last year for a new porch and siding. While the price was good, the wood used for the porch was not. I was told that I needed to waterproof the porch, but they didn't finish until late November, which was too cold. Over the winter, several of the steps bowed/warped. I called them out to repair/replace the stairs, since the job wasn't quite 6 months old. They did come out, turned the steps over and told me that they might not stay screwed down. Why didn't they replace them? When talking to the owner Dennis, I got the impression that I was bothering him and that I shouldn't call to ask them back, since I had not waterproofed the porch. This work was several thousands of dollars and I think that once they had gotten my money, they didn't want to be bothered" by me."

Extremely happy with my new windows.Gorgeous and the work was so precise. Wow! The crew was very nice and worked very hard and very professional. I will definitely be using them again in the spring. Doors are next...

I needed a door for a mobile home so I went here with the measurements. I was told by the lady working there, that she would come out the following day to take a custom measurement and that the door would be ready for me to pick up that day also. The next day when I called no one answered. So, I drove all the way to the store, which is a bit of drive for me. When I got there she was on the phone with a personal call for at least fifteen minutes, while I and another customer were waiting. When she finally did get off the phone, I was told she would come out the next day to measure. When I asked why it wasn't done that day, she simply stated she just didn't have the time. No phone call, no apologies. No nothing. This place is so unprofessional, unorganized, and dirty. Don't waste your time.

Horrible. Never received my estimate after having my home inspected by Kim in Aug/Sept, it's now December. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place!
