Walmart Supercentre

Barely any cashiers, everything is self check with line ups because half of the self checkouts arent even open. Now you have to pay for your cosmetics in the department. Usually I will let them know that I will pay at the front with the rest of my groceries. That wasn't good enough today. I don't go to Walmart to make numerous transactions. What about people that pay per transactions with their banking. If you don't trust your customers to pay at the self checkout maybe you bring back real people to work .

Very very upset Your online website says 11 PM, I arrive at your store at 10:37, I was told that your store now closes at 10. Should have better signs or at least changed the hours online. There was at least 30 of us at the door and was waved away

An employee by the name of Gregory displayed extreme disrespect and ignorance, when asked for help in a polite manner he chose to speak to my wife in a manner that is completely unacceptable. She simply asked for help with her gift card that wouldn’t scan correctly and was met with a rude tone and was made to feel embarrassed, rushed, and less than worth the stores time, all while trying to manage our 7month old son. The entire interaction Gregory was muttering under his breath, on his personal phone at work and simply not performing his duties as an employee. I hope he will see consequences for his lack of empathy and gross behaviour.

I recently had a shopping experience at Walmart that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As a loyal customer, I have always relied on Walmart for my household needs, but my recent trip was anything but pleasant.Firstly, the store was in complete disarray. The shelves were poorly stocked, and many of the products I needed were out of stock. It was evident that the store had not been adequately restocked or organized, making it difficult for me to find the items I needed. The lack of inventory and disorganization made my shopping trip time-consuming and frustrating.Secondly, the customer service was subpar. I had a question about a product, and when I approached a store associate for assistance, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Their attitude was dismissive, and they provided vague and unhelpful answers, leaving me more confused than before. It was clear that the employees were not adequately trained or motivated to assist customers.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the store was unacceptable. The floors were dirty, and there was clutter in several aisles, making it difficult to navigate the store. The overall lack of cleanliness created an unpleasant shopping environment and raised concerns about the store's hygiene and safety standards.To add to my disappointment, the checkout lines were long and poorly managed. There were only a few registers open, causing delays and inconvenience. The cashiers seemed overwhelmed and were not efficient in scanning items or processing payments, resulting in a slow and frustrating checkout process.In conclusion, my recent experience at Walmart was disappointing. The store was poorly stocked, disorganized, and lacked proper cleanliness. The customer service was unhelpful, and the checkout process was slow and inefficient. As a long-time customer, I expected better from Walmart and will have to reconsider shopping there in the future. I hope that Walmart takes steps to improve their store operations and provide better customer service to regain my trust as a customer.

Never had a good experience at this location. Always getting profiled at SCO although I've never stolen anything in my life. The screens are set up to detect missed scans and end up faulting even when you concisely and slowly bag your items. I personally wouldn't shop here unless you're all out of options.

If I can give it zero stars, I would literally went in to grab a few things. I brought my small puppy who is only eight weeks old can’t be left in the car and was kicked out and they were asking which employee let me in greeter to get her in trouble for even allowing me in there with a little puppy. This is the worst location and the worst company for even allowing that to happen. I wouldn’t do your business here. Any other place is better don’t support.These goofs
