This robins is a hit or miss. They allow ordering sandwiches in the drivethru; but will not pull that driver ahead. So you could be waiting 10mins for the person in front of you to get their sandwiches.

Paid seven dollars for a burnt coffee with no cream or sugar in it at Burt breakfast sandwich hot one thing about it was a sandwich it was just burnt I will not be wasting my money here again

The food was terrible. They didn’t have any bacon left, we ordered a blt and asked for sausage instead of bacon on an everything bagel. We later noticed that they forgot the tomatoes, lettuce and bagel!Poor customer service. While waiting for the receipt, we were told to move to the side to allow for the next customer. I do not recommend this place, unless you want to be treated rudely and eat cardboard.

All of these other bad reviews are bs. This is one of the most goated breaky spots on all of PEI. Very hospitable and kind workers. Lfg go kraken

Let's all play Coffee Roulette!" You never know what you'll end up getting anymore. The coffee often tastes burnt and old. The baked goods are dry and bland. But by far the worst problem is the customer "service." You can almost hear how much (many of the) staff don't want to be there.Used to be so much better but seems to have taken a serious dive in quality in the last night 6 months or so. [June 2023] I"
