A+ Mac and PC Repair staff does a good job.Ryan knows his computers and will answer your questions.Rates are reasonable , and service and repairs are done promptly.That is good business these days when it may be hard to find someone who delivers good service.

I banged on Ryan's door first thing in the morning when my computer had been hacked. He hadn't had a coffee or breakfast, but sensing my desperation he graciously let me in and began to work. He solved the problem with expert knowledge and humour to keep me sane while he worked. Great experience. I will definitely use A+ again.

Rude guy. Takes advantage of the ignorant. Offered me a service than reneged when he realized I had some knowledge on the matter. When I asked why he was reneging he claimed insurance" and "liability" as the reasons. When I said that didn't make any sense

Work was eventually completed as requested after a long winded process, however, customer skills need a slight bit of improvementDropped my laptop a while back which made the LCD panel turn white with vertical banding, so a quick google search brought me to Ryan, he prompty responded with options on what to do. Fast forward to the day the LCD panel was replaced and in a sense, my laptop rejected the screen which Ryan reckons was down to an internal problem. The email I had received from Ryan stating this wasn't professional at all, ranting at me that I didn't pay the deposit despite never knowing I had to pay said deposit and his use of expletive language. Having worked in a customer service environment for over 10 years, I was truly shocked by this email.It was more economical for me to buy a new laptop, however, I wanted the data from my previous laptop transferred across to my new one which Ryan was willing to do. I suggested that Ryan keep the money that I sent across for the LCD panel and then to bill me at the end for any monies that I owed, this wasn't well received and it was either Ryan's way (he wanted more money) or go elsewhere, however, I was desperate to get the laptop sorted and so complied with his way. Eventually, the work was completed and I sincerely thank Ryan for his endeavours as we can go both agree that it's been a frustrating and unnecessarily long winded process, however, customer service skills need improving.

I definitely recommend A+ Mac and PC Repair. I've had 2 of my laptops brought back to life by their knowledgeable staff. Prompt service and very reasonable rates.The best computer repair service in the area.

Very helpful. I called to scheduled a time to drop off my computer for trouble-shooting... Ryan asked many questions and made a couple suggestions over the phone, which were incredibly helpful (it worked!). I will certainly be working with A+ Mac and PC Repair again in the future.

I called A+ Mac and PC Repair when one of my crucial drives failed. I could have easily been charged a lot of money, but they made a few suggestions first that helped me greatly. They were quick with very knowledgable advice, and very generous with their time. I trust A+ Mac and PC Repair, and will continue to give them my business.

Worst possible experience you could imagine. Came in for a keyboard repair on my mac and ended up the computer in way worse shape. He stole the battery our of my computer, stole screws, and taped (with duct tape) components back into the computer. He charged us to put new storage drive in, left the original in and gave us an open box claiming to have installed a new storage drive. Only offered to give back a small portion of the hundreds of dollars we gave him. Ryan than had the audacity to say he would give us an external keyboard because he was no longer able to fix our key board and the external keyboard he have us didn't even work and had missing keys.Beware of Ryan and his claims of what he can do. I would not recommend.

Great ServiceI dropped two printers off and they were fixed in less then 24hrs. I'm sure they cant always have this quick of a turn around but the printers have been working great in my restaurant for weeks and there the cleanest they have ever been. ThanksVery reasonable prices as well.

He fixed the Mac Pro but put the wrong operating system in it. I didn’t get a receipt. Called apple tech. I told them he said I screw up the bias. You can and it was the head tech. He’s not apple trained. I sure don’t recommend him
