Went for a brow lamination and met the most accommodating and empathetic employee I have ever come across in this industry. The service was phenomenal and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. If anyone is going through a hard time and decides to book in for some self care, I highly suggest Denise, she went above and beyond for someone who really needed it that day ❤️

Had a great laser hair removal service with Rachel. She walked me through each of the steps and went over after care in depth. Will definitely be back!

Extremely disappointing. Booked two pedicures for my pregnant friend and I two weeks ahead and they canceled it without even letting me know. We walked in and was told that they tried reaching us - the only call I got was 10 minutes before the appointment, which to be fair wasn’t picked up because I was driving. Not going back.

Just moved to Oshawa and was looking for a new place to get waxed! Recommended by my girlies and they did not disappoint!Very clean and very organizedI got my wax done by Kaitlin and she was amazing! Took her time and made sure it was done with perfection!Awesome customer serviceWill be my go to place from now on!Would 100% recommend!

I had a terrible experience. This shop ruined my first manicure in my life. This photo was taken 13 days after my manicure. Just 13 days!!!

I legitimately cannot recommend this place enough!! Denise was so kind, skilled, and a pleasure to talk to. I was originally booked in for just a brow wax and a manicure, but she recommended I get my brows tinted as well. I am so glad I took her up on her offer because my brows look absolutely perfect. Everyone there is so lovely, and I can't wait to come back!

I have been going to the Ten Spot for the last couple of years!! They have always made me feel welcome and have taken care of all my concerns and needs!I recently started seeing Kaitlin for my pedicures and other services! She has a great personality and is super friendly! I would highly recommended her and this place.

Very disappointing. It was to be my first visit at any Ten spot location. Chose Oshawa as it was closer to my home. I had an appointment booked for a few weeks if not a month before. The DAY BEFORE my appointment I was called to cancel as I was told there was a training session happening those days. Why book me in then? I highly doubt this was something that “just comes up”. The worker on the phone didn’t seem to concerned about the inconvenience. They did offer another day but as I was leaving on a trip so I could not attend. I ended up going to another location that fit me in right away the next day and they were wonderful. Definitely a negative first impression of the Oshawa location and will stick to the other from now on.

They were very welcoming and nice. I have gotten a few pedicures and they were well done and I was happy with the service. Will be returning soon for an eyebrow wax and tint, I have no doubt I will be happy and satisfied. I recommend to anyone to go here, they won’t be disappointed.
