Absolutely brutal service! Lot crew workers are very knowledgeable but the two inside (reception & owners son) are completely useless. No personality or service skills at all!!! I would definitely never recommend this company

This place did not live up to the reviews. Needed my camper tanks recertified so asked around and checked the website. The reviews were good so didn't look farther. when I arrived after driving in from over 50k from out of town the guy at the dock had a poor attitude from the moment he opened his mouth, so much so my wife who was sitting in the truck commented on it afterwards. He then told me come back to pick up the next day.I do understand that not everything can be done right away and expected to have to spend some time in the city to allow it to be done. I then told him that tomorrow would mean another 100k round trip for me just to pick up the tank. The guy then said there was people ahead of me and that was it too bad. There was no attempt to try to find a compromise that would work for us both.At that point I did leave the tank but after driving away and brooding about his unaccommodating attitude and doing some quick math in my head realised it would cost as much to recertify this tank as it would to buy a new one when the additional trip was added in. My business has gone elsewhere.I have to add to this because there is no way to rely to your response,which I do appreciate. I am not an unrealistic guy, if I lived in Winnipeg the next day would have been a reasonable and not questioned. I agree with recertification ....BUT.....when you factor in the additional cost of 100k trip with our new enviromental protecting carbon tax it no longer is cost effective. I have worked my entire career in customer service industry and I fully understand busy, but Most companies plan for those unusual circumstances that can occur. Even when I decided to return to pick up my cylinder a different dock worker had no interest in asking why I would feel so dissatisfied to return and pick up my unfinished cylinder.

Quick and friendly service and reasonable pricing.

Called looking for a basic part with make, modle and part number person who answered the phone had no idea what it was and sounded like he was eating lunch. Told me I’d have to come down and look but only open till 4!Went with Amazon and received exact part same week.Would love to “support local” but due to the hungry man on the phone and lack of hours I couldn’t.

Went in briefly today to speak with Patrick about a few fittings and possibly getting fridge for my cabin. Very nice guy who knew his stuff. I didn't actually end up buying anything YET but I wanted to give a shout out for great service.

Haven't shopped there but after reading a post on Facebook inregards to a propane tank for sale and seeing how a gentle man (I use that term loosely) named Ryan Kessler spoke to other posters on the group ie name calling etc then throwing out the company name saying to go there and they will fill anything kind of scares me inregards to the health and saftey training as well as the tdg and materials handling that is either given or received by the employer employees

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We bought a $1,000.00 BBQ from them two years ago and had an issue with the burner last week. Called them to have their gas guy come out and see what was wrong as we had company coming in from out of town and basically they gave us the brush off. Spoke to the gas guy there and he said he'd call me back...and we never heard from them. They are happy to sell you...but when you need some customer service support....buyer beware!

Great place, fast service, some of the staff can come off as a bit grouchy at times but otherwise fast and professional service. I don't think I have ever spent more than 5 min there getting a fill, and prices are fair. They only charge for the fuel they deliver. I have been charged twice as much at gas stations for the same fill. Cost is nearly half that of other exchange programs, either join theirs, or fill your exchange tank there and swap it with your exchange program as it is about to expire. PS anyone on regular" retail exchange program

Bought a Napoleon grill from them, best price I could find in Winnipeg and even online. Great guys to deal with answered all my questions I had and even delivered it to my place for free. A+ experience and I will purchase again from them the next time I need anything.
