Terrible terrible service and very pricey to print. They have a $5 deposit which makes no sense for people that are there for less than two minutes. Customers are better off going to Staples or any public library near by.

Need to get some colored copies of my papers. You need to DIY here at one of the guest computers after depositing $5. The lady was not helpful at all. She just sat at her desk instead of coming and guiding me how to do it. Since there are more than one printers, I had no idea which printer can print colored version and its setting, and ended up got 2 pages with only B&W. The funny part is that she charged me for those B&W papers with the same price of colored papers because it came from the color printer!" said her. Avoid this place at all cost!"

This guy is a peice of art, where he would charge you $5 services fee to send him email to print and charge you separately for each print. His computer are filthy and dirty no matter what avoid this place.

The guy who runs the store is a very rude fellow. There is a minimum $3 amount you should pay in order to print. If you use the computer at the store to print (which of course you will), he will charge $1 for that. I printed just two pages and was charged $1.75 and had to pay $3 because that's the minimum unless you have a cash. He did give me a can of cola but he was so rude since I wasn't able to understand his English properly (as he had a chinese accent). I will never visit his store again.

Worst service, guy extremely rude, and very expensive place!! I asked the cost to scan a document and the guy said it was $1. Then after he sent the document to my email he charged me $2.25 just for sending it to my email. I asked why he omitted that information in the begging. He should have mentioned that when I asked. But he started yelling me and even slapped hard the desk. I felt not just angry and confused but scared! DO NOT COME THERE, NOT EVEN FOR EMERGENCY STAY AWAY!

Great spot to quickly print/scan. I’ve been coming here for at least 5 years - they bind books too! The owners can be rude but I do think it’s a language barrier - otherwise really convenient place for your printing needs and passport photos

Lol.. went here last minute to print out some paperwork for my assignment, I got charged $9 just to email him a few pages because I couldn’t log into my email on his computer? (these computers are very sketchy btw) anyways not recommend you go here unless all the other print shops are closed.

Terrible customer service. I called to ask about the status of an Amazon return package that I dropped off here earlier but the guy started shouting at me saying he doesn't know anything about the package. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
