They did a wrong measurement at their measuring time, so when our job was almost finished at the end we noticed that our cooktop is not going inside. After lots of phone call the guy showed up with a basic grinder (without any vaccum), and he did a huge mess over our brand new kitchen and appliances to fix the previous cut. They reject to clean after themselves (after all the pain that they made for us), and start stating that in contract they have a sentence that is saying they are not responsible for the mess that they are making even if they come at the final stage of your reno due to rheir mistake and make your whole kitchen messy, which is really unprofessional and I have never seen such a behavior from any other contractor in Vancouver. So sorry for bussiness owner who is acting aggressive instead of saying even sorry" for all the inconvenience that his team brought to our project** we never asked for discount. I told the problem to the owner. I explained for him that their un professional work made us to hire cleaners to clean the whole kitchen again. Our contract with them was around 8000$ and I never care about 200$ cleaning fee to get as a discount

So happy that we chose Spectrum Stone for our granite countertop install in our kitchen renovation and we highly recommend them. Alan, Felix, and Eva are all wonderful to work with. They use select local granite suppliers that don't overcharge on the slabs, so they are able to keep their prices affordable. Spectrum uses CNC precision cutting machines to provide a clean factory look to the cuts. Some precision cuts were done on site by Felix and we appreciated how careful he was. The job was completed earlier than promised and the finished job looks incredible. Thank you to the Spectrum team for your excellent work!

I wish I could give Felix and his team 10 stars!. I am a homeowner and needed a countertop ASAP for my kitchen reno. From start to finish I dealt with Felix and his team and I was so impressed with his service. He is reliable, efficient and very respectful. My project was very small compared to perhaps other bigger job nonetheless no matter the size I absolutely recommend Spectrum Stone and will use them again for future projects. Thanks again Felix!

I have been working with Spectrum Stone for the past year! Nothing but spectacular workmanship. I have had 3 different types of stone in my person home as well as maybe a dozen projects done for my clients. Spectrum's turn around time is first class and pricing is very competitive in the market.I will continue to bring my projects here and recommend as many clients and friends to spectrum!Great work to the owners and install team!

I originally didn't write anything and received this response from the owner:Leaving a review without details is malicious and defamatory. We ask this guy Philip Wang to come forward for direct confrontation."You should really avoid working with anyone that is this reflexively defensive."

I used Spectrum Stone for my Bathroom Vanities and Kitchen countertops. I have provided the cabinet measurement for the quotation. Eva patiently explained and very helpful with the quotation. Once the vanities and kitchen cabinets installation done, Spectrum Stone send the professionals for the precise measurement to avoid any discrepancies with the drawings that I have provided before. The owner, Felix, also follow-up closely and promptly reply all my requests. I am satisfied and would highly recommend with its reasonable price and great service!

My wife and I end up going with Spectrum because of all the good google reviews but we ended up have an awful experience. Maybe these other people had other installers but the guys the work on our project we young and VERY inexperienced. On the first attempt to install the counter I noticed that the sink opening was cut on an angle and needed to be replaced. On the second attempt they came back and installed the counter piece that was redone, this is when we realized that the angles on that the three pieces that make up that section of counter were also cut wrong so the counter didn't lineup to the wall correctly. Unfortunately rather then recutting these pieces again the installer simply installed them leaving a 3/4 of an inch gap ( SEE PHOTO ) between the counter and the wall, obviously way to big to cover with backsplash tile. Once i sent Stanley our customer service guy photos of the gaps he 100% agreed that it needed to be redone.Onto the third try the guys came back and pulled out that section of counters again and believe it or not once they reinstalled there was now gaps on two of the three sections of counter that were just as bad as the first gap they were trying to fix. The installer ended up cut the drywall behind one of the sections of counter so they could try push parts of the counter into the drywall to try and reduce the other gaps. And as an added cherry on top on the last visit one of the installer was being carless when carrying the counter in and ended up nicking one of our new cabinets and i had to pay the cabinet company to come back to try and fill it.Now I know if you read this post you might just think that my wife and I are crazy picky jerks and the job probably wasn't really this bad, cause how could it be??? Well I have uploaded images to help illustrate my points, if you are anything like my wife and i then a new kitchen is probably a BIG deal / expense don't trust these guys with your job.Phone 1: This was the original gap that was left after the counter section was redone. The caulking that you can see was put there by the installer he said we could just fill it in and it would be fine.Photo 2: This is the gap that we were left to deal with after the third install. There is actually a similar one on the other all too but i don't have a photo.Photo 3 & 4: These were taking to show Stanley how crooked the sink opening was cut.Photo 5: Is anther one of the final gap without the tile that also shows how they had to cut the drywall out to try and push the middle section into the wall to try and reduce the gaps on the left and right.
