It’s not everyday that you get to experience a nurse who likes their job & helping people, today I was lucky to get that experience. Sarah was my nurse for an ultrasound I had to do, and she was beyond incredible and super kind. The clinic itself all has nice staff & reception, which is a nice change in the healthcare industry…Thank you Sarah and staff for the good experience!

I had an MRI appointment Tuesday November 15th 2022 and did the imaging and was sent on my way after being told my MRI was sent to my doctor, which is wasn't. My doctor had tried numerous times to get the MRI faxed to her office, unfortunately the clinic was not helpful. Now I've requested my lawyer reach out to CDI and CDI is saying they have zero record of my MRI or me ever being there. What a joke! I've had the same painful issue with my shoulder for months because of this.

Never pick up the call even they are free… Worst public dealing… Please do any other online arrangements for online booking/cancellation…. So that it would be easy for patients… If somebody from administration watching my comment.. Please work on that

The receptionist is absolutely magnificent! She is extremely kind, helpful and truly cares. She speaks with a warm heart whether over the phone or in person. Appointments are incredibly easy to make and the technologists are excellent - very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Keep up the good work CDI!

Honestly I wanted to give them a lower rating but decided to be fair. The young lady who was the receptionist was great. Really nice and responsive. Everything else was horrible in all honesty. Imaging staff unprofessional among several other issues. Let's just say if you're in need of an ultrasound you're better off going to No frills than this place. After here we got an appointment at Cambridge medical imaging which was a GREAT experience. It's close by and I definitely recommend there. 5 stars for that place. Really don't know how persons gave this place good ratings

First time here and i was absolutely amazed at the amazing service. Upon arriving, I was seen at the reception very quickly. Technician was very kind and made the process comfortable and easy.Overall 10/10!
