The ambiance is very calming. Their receptionist is very assertive and welcoming. Melanie really took care of my pain and did a job well done on taking care of me.

Amazing experience. So peaceful and exactly what I was looking for. This was my second time here and I will be back again. My massage therapist Gleivis was amazing, perfect pressure, so friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Very unique experience! The “reception” area is not like the ordinary. The interior is so calming and unlike the usual rooms with doors, there are individual “tents” instead. The service was exceptional; they took the time to explain/discuss with me in detail and offered me a hot towel for my hands. There are massage chairs inside too!

I’ve been trying to find a new massage service for awhile and happened to find Exige while I was looking through google and saw that the reviews at this shop was close to 5 stars! I set an appointment with Melanie S. and she is AMAZING!! I’ve always had trouble with my upper back from University and now because of work, and she really targeted all the right spots I didn’t even know needed some TLC. Haha! Also, the overall ambience of the spa as soon as you walk in blew my mind. I felt like I was on vacation. Can’t wait to come back!

First time going and had the most incredible experience . Francy was skilled at her deep tissue massage and calming voice; she almost put me to sleep! She got into my knot with excellent pressure. Definitely will be coming back!!

I found this place when I lived in Calgary for an year from 2021 April. April and Jennyfer were my therapists. They were both very good!! Now this time I’m only visiting Calgaty for 2 weeks. Jennyfer wasn't available, so since I prefer a female therapist, I chose Melanie. She is also very good. I think everyone who works there is very knowledgeable. I definitely come back here when I come to Calgary. Or, you guys should open new one in Vancouver!!! Please do!!!

I've been struggling with a bad flare up of planter fasciitis for the past three and a half months. I happened to come across this spa and saw they offered a massage for this condition! Wow! Lynn was amazing and my feet feel like they aren't mine! The studio is so peaceful and all the staff were delightful.I cannot wait to go for a body massage! A+ experience.

Exige is a hidden treasure. This was my first time here following a recommendation and I loved it. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The spa is relaxing, quaint and well run. Judy was marvellous at what she does and provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back.

Wow!I bought my girlfriend a gift card to exige for Christmas and I tagged along for a couples massage.We were blown away by our experience. The lady at the front desk was more than helpful and went into great detail on what our choices were and what to expect.We met with the masseuse and they were also full of knowledge and made sure to be up to date on our expectations.From start to finish we both felt comfortable and our massage felt very professionally done.We are looking forward to our next massage.Highly recommend.
