The worst internet Ive ever had you are on the level of hughesnet and wild blue nobody knows them because they're out of business just like you should be. Absolutely no reason for the Internet to just stop working at 10pm but here we are 3 days in a row

I have Internet coverage from this company in a remote part of our county for my business. They very rarely have Internet outages in my area. However, when they do, their response time is very quick. It is very refreshing to call a company and speak with an actual person rather than an automated response. I’ve been very happy with this company and the quality of service that they have provided.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I called them to let them know my mother had passed away so they could stop the service, and they answered by telling me that she would have to buy out of her contract, and immediately drafted over $160 out of her account which should not have been not authorized. So, keep in mind that death does not release from your contract, as if that was a choice. It felt low down, and cold and I hope they feel good about themselves since they got their money.

I went upstairs where 4 women were talking, actually had to interrupt their non business conversation. The pregnant woman asked if I needed anything, I asked if someone was working downstairs. We are forced to use this company for our internet service provider because, unfortunately, they are the only one who provides service at our specific location. They charge about 3 times as much as Frontier (aprox $100 per month!) We pay for the suposedly faster" service but it is the slowest I have ever experienced! It has taken two days to download Acrobat and it still shows 50-52 minutes left -and that's with a hardwire connection! Totally ridiculous!"

This is an image of EL Internet installations. I doubt those boys told their supervisor what they did. The guy asked if he could top the tree to install the radio. It was a beautiful 50 year old cedar and the central tree in my building site.I said yes and went down to the house with the computer guy. When I got back up the ridge, this is what I found... he topped the tree and cut every single branch off!Now, a year later, the tree is dead and I need to cut it down.

EL Internet has been there for me providing me with great Internet and over-internet-phone in a remote area where I have zero cell reception and no phone landlines. The reliability of service gives me the comfort I need to live where I do! Icing on the cake....their customer service is 5-star!
