Visited on a weekday evening to pick up an online order. I was the only customer and the two ladies working were very nice. Vanessa helped me. She was very patient and accommodating. Especially when I requested to just take the product in a zip lock bag and to skip the rest of the packaging as I didn't need it. And also when I requested to view the earrings to make sure it wasn't too small or fragile before I left with them. She showed me the mirror and had alcohol ready for me to try them on. Looking forward to being served by her again.

Recently visited this store to check out their Valentine’s Day sale and was very taken aback by their service. Reading other people’s comments has made me realise that I wasn’t the only one who felt ignored by the employee. I sadly didn’t get his name but he was a tall male. I stood at the store for about ten minutes waiting for him to help me out, and unfortunately he only told me once that he will be a while because he is busy helping another customer. His manner, lack of professionalism and unfriendly attitude had me walk away without buying anything. It was a big turn off and due to my unpleasant experience I don’t think I’d ever want to visit this location again.

Selection, meh.But the service, terrible! Went to get a ring re sized. The associate clearly didn’t want to help. Extremely discriminatory, i fact said multiple times “if you go somewhere else”. Exactly what we did, went to Michael hill and got impeccable service!

Horrible store. New trainees accept give wrong reciepts. Other employees are too busy talking and doing paperwork" waited 30mins everytime each visit just to get service. Never going to this store again!"
