FIX AUTO BOW VALLEY
I reached out to Fix Auto Bow Valley after a car accident. I wanted to get my vehicle towed to their shop and assess the frame for damage. After some poorly written and unprofessional email responses with their Admin Assistant (Belinda), I was told they would not allow me to tow my vehicle to their shop. Honestly, I was super confused about why they don't want to take my money and disappointed by the unprofessional communication and service.

My experience with this business was supremely positive. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done with my automobile, they gave me a timeline for accomplishing the work, they completed the work on time & with exceptional attention to detail and, finally, they went the extra distance to make sure I was a satisfied customer. If Canmore is where you need to get body work done, Fix Auto is a sure bet and a trustworthy establishment.

Fix Auto were friendly, great communicators and my car looked better than new when I picked it up. They also work so well together with Enterprise so dropping my car off and getting a rental was so smooth and easy. Would recommend!

FIX AUTO BOW VALLEY
Was recommended by my insurance company due to being ran into. The process starting from getting an estimate, dropping my car off, getting my rental car figured out, and to picking it up was very easy and straight forward even with this Covid-19 happening. Dealt with Terry a lot and he even fixed a small issue without charge that wasn’t part of the accident when they didn’t have to. Car looks brand new after the repair. Very happy and I will defiantly be back if I have to in the future.

My car was in an incident in Calgary on August 24, 2022. I thought I could drive it back home to Canmore, however the damage was too much. I was frustrated by a lack of service from my insurance company. Luckily, Belinda, from Fix Auto knew contacts and arranged for my car to be towed to Canmore. She treated me like she personally knew me and was available by phone to help by arranging, organizing and providing great advice. Although my car is a write off, this place continues to provide advice to help guide me through the insurance process. Thank you.

Was traveling in Banff a few days ago and had some damage to our car and couldn’t find anywhere that could help us the same day. Terry was able to see us within 20 mins and help us fix our car up to drive for the rest of our vacation. This place was great and super helpful!!

I had the best experience at Fix Auto- they were they able to fit me in for a small repair to my car’s bumper on very short notice before I had to leave town. The receptionist and the mechanic, Warren, were both super helpful and friendly and had the car fixed within an hour. I cannot overstate how appreciative I am to Warren and the amazing team at Fix Auto.

FIX AUTO BOW VALLEY
When calling to ask about getting my vehicle looked at after an incident to ensure the frame was still intact and safe to drive on. Was asked for photos of the cosmetic damage (completely unrelated to what I was asking for) and then sent a huge estimate all to do with the cosmetic damage and requesting we do not tow the vehicle to the shop. Strange request to make for a shop and make no indications to the cost of a frame assessment which is the only thing asked of in the first place. This shop does not seem to put an emphasis on keeping drivers safe on the road and is only keen on doing business if it's going to be over 10 grand.
