Great little museum to learn about the accomplishments of Louis Cyr. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a small parking lot on site as well!

Super belle journée expérience, je savais qui il était et j’ai également vue le film mais voir ça vie de ce côté réalité était vraiment un bon moment je le recommande a tous qui veulent savoir ou connaître Louis-Cyr et surtout si vous demander la suite de ça progéniture c’est toute aussi intéressant. MERCI à la dame de l’accueil qui nous a fait voyager dans le temps avec la suite que presque personne connais sur ça fille.

Beautiful place to visit. The day we were there a market of many vendors greeted us at the entrance. The pathways are beautiful to walk or ride a bike on. The scenery is beautiful and a river rapidly speeds by.

This was excellent. I still remember it fondly after several years. Worth the detour.

Ma fille voulait absolument aller voir ce musée car son institutrice a parlé de Mr Louis Cyr cette année.Je ne regrette rien le personnel est gentil, serviable et connait sur le bout des doigts l'histoire de cet homme.Le musée est très ludique notamment par l'utilisation de lunette VR dans certaines pièces permettant une vraie immersion.

I had a fantastic experience at the louis cyr home! I've been interested in Louis Cyr ever since training my own body for strength became a part of my daily lifestyle! He should be a main influence and motivator for anyone who is fascinated with strength in general as he was the world's strongest man and still holds records to this day. It was a very educational experience, I've seen the hit movie based off of his life experiences but that just gives you a part of his life, if you want to know more about the world renowned strongman, then you have to visit his home in Sainte-Jean-de-Matha, Quebec. You will not be disappointed. Also, most of the purchases and visits proceeds go to the schools of the town he lived in and gives back to the children and people of the community. He is a legend and still is today! Thank you
