Mighty Mom was referred to me by my fitness trainer when I became pregnant. I signed up for the one on one coaching. Jessica changed that stigma that pregnant women can’t lift weights or exercise. The app she used was easy to navigate, she provided a wealth of knowledge, instantly replied to my questions, checked in to see how I was doing, and most importantly the work outs were tailored to my fitness level and needs. I worked out all the way until my last week of pregnancy. She also helped me find a pelvic physiotherapist. My recovery from the c-section was quicker than I expected - working out played a huge factor. I 100% recommend Might Mom to all moms that want to get back in shape and feel amazing after !!

Dropped in to a number of postpartum classes in trinity Bellwoods. Great workout class to get back started after pregnancy. Great trainers, motivating and respectful of everyone’s individual levels.

I joined the evening Mighty Mom bootcamp and it was so much fun, a perfectly challenging workout for my 1 year postpartum body, and a great way to connect with other moms in my neighbourhood. The instructor was very approachable and offered modifications based on people's needs. I can't wait to sign up for the next session!

The Mighty Moms team are soknowledgeable about postnatal bodies and offer adaptations for everything to suit any fitness level or to adapt to your new body's level of comfort without any judgemental vibes. The instructor helped me feel safe in all our classes, and my baby was happy to join in, so I've signed up again!

Mighty Mom
I had attended a London class with my then 2 months old baby with instructor, Madison. I have years of gym experience but having a new baby, the stroller class was a nice transition to get back into increasing my fitness level in a safe way while bringing the babe with me. I appreciated the different modifications and the enthusiasm from the instructor. Especially the wind down in which breathing techniques to help the pelvic floor and mobility were emphasized.

The Mighty Mom outdoor workouts are 10/10. You can count on a great workout and you get to meet and hang out with other moms who are experiencing some of the same postpartum things.
