Took great care of us with an urgent roadside tire change on our travel trailer. The service was so excellent we followed them back to the shop and had the other three replaced by them as well. Excellent customer service!

My husband Germaine works here, he is treated unfairly and overworked. When he comes home, he never has anything good to say about his coworkers or his supervisors.Stay away from this toxic environment

Low front tire brought me here today. They fit me in to repair my tire. Protocol is; call when you arrive and stay in your vehicle. Once the bay is open the staff will guide you in. Stay in your vehicle while they do the service. Staff member will come to you with an invoice and wireless debit machine. In and out with in 30 minutes. Great service! Thank you!!!

The team at McKee Tirecraft got us out of a VERY bad situation when our trailer wheel blew on the Hwy 400. We were so thankful that their location was nearby as we would have been stuck on the highway with no options otherwise. They were able to take us right away and they didn't even have to remove the load on the trailer to promptly replace the tire. They even helped us re-load our construction machinery to be MTO compliant with better safety in mind. We were in and out within an hour. DEFINITELY recommend McKee Tirecraft for anything tire related, really nice team who were fast, efficient and kind! Special thanks to Josh the manager - he was awesome!

Had an amazing experience at Tirecraft Innisfil. They ordered me 4 brand new snow tires as I was desperate with snow approaching. They were delivered to the shop and installed on my car in less than 24 hours. The guys there are so warm and welcoming and provide the highest , most professional customer service.

Absolutely the best tire shop - I rolled in after my tire went on the 400 hundred on my way to a camping trip with buddies. Could have ruined the day, but the guys at McKee got it patched and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Great crew, great service and fantastic price. Should be more than five stars for companies this good!

I wouldn’t get tires from this place if they were the last tire place in the area. I stopped in today to ask if I could borrow the air hose or have somebody put a little air in a trailer tire for me because I was kind of in a jam. They told me they would not lend me their airline. I was literally the only customer there and the shop was completely empty. Not nice people.
