WM - Waters Hauling

We have had very a great experience doing business with WM Employees. From the Drivers to to the ones in the offices. Keep up the great work.

We switched to WM a few years ago because their prices were so much better than the competition. They have been very reliable with weekly pickups and the customer service when something doesn't go as expected is excellent. We've also had some large item pickups. This has been very easy to schedule and the items are always removed on the day they are scheduled. Price is reasonable when you factor in the convenience of bringing it to the curb vs. loading and hauling somewhere (and then paying for disposal).We had some online payment/billing issues early on but they were resolved and the online experience has improved tremendously over the years. It's evident they are investing in a better customer experience.

I setup service at my new rental and it was easy to do. It was also reasonably priced per month.

Overall I've been very happy with Waste Managements services and billings. Recently I found a less expensive and local company that I am going to try. I was so angry and disappointed when I found out I have to pay $75 for them to pick up my containers. There is no option to drop them off. I was told it's on my invoice. I doubt most people read all the fine print on the bill. If you are okay with paying $75 when you leave the company you may be okay with them. It just angers me. I would never go back to WM because of this. It's ridiculous to me.

Does not disclose all charges and waits months to bill for them after service has stopped.

I really appreciate when I get emails from you letting me know when my pickup day is, especially after a holiday!

Failed to pick up our weekly tote multiple times despite numerous phone calls. I even emailed a thorough photo of our home compared to where I suspected the driver was directed to. The final straw was another missed pick up and when I got on the app to report it, the driver claimed he picked it up “at 10:34 am”.. it sat for an additional week at the end of our driveway bc the CSR said they’d try to pick up on a different day if they could.. but apparently they couldn’t.

We have been with Waste Management for 25 years and love their community involvement, their commitment to the environment, and absolutely the best in the business services.

They are excellent at notifying you if there is a change in schedule, I pay one price per year, they are always on time and leave the waste cans in good order.

Best trash royal company I've dealt with in years, I am so happy we switched.
