This is the third great service I got at The Source in Hinton in the last year. Staff is really knowledgeable about all promotions and will always consider the customer’s needs first. Really pleased and would definitely recommend this business to others.

I have been using the Source in Hinton Ab for many years. They have always gone above and beyond to help any way they can. Daniel and his staff are knowledgable and very courteous. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and get the amazing service and they stand by their warranty as well, than buy online. I strongly recommend the Source in Hinton, Ab

I was having trouble developing pictures at Wal-Mart and several people tried to help me. Jatin at The Source solved the problem within seconds...and with a smile. Daniel, the Manager, was wonderful too.

The staff went above and beyond to get my new phone up and running. Even gave a charging block to me complimentary for the long wait as new high end Samsung do not come with the charing block.

My daughter and I each upgraded our devices and had the best of service from Jati and Prerak !! They both went up and above all expectations !! Best customer service I've had in a LONG time !!Once everything was finalized my daughter and I rushed to the bus, to see it pulling away. Jati was ever so kind and offered us both a ride home (I live in the valley, my daughter is on the hill) he didn't have to go out of his way but was more than happy to help is out, so we didn't have to wait another hour for the next bus ..AMAZING SERVICE GUYS !! THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH

Store is nice but when you go buy a controller and pay 16$ for a year warranty and bring it back after only 3 months because they sell faulty controllers, they try to tell you that year warranty isn't with them and they won't replace a controller after 2 months, never buying from the source again. And Sony said themselves that they never heard of it either so hopefully that gets investigated :)

Was here with my son, he was trying out the Nintendo Switch. Salesperson wouldn’t leave us alone or give us space. Started touching buttons on the controller while he was playing, moved to other things in the store was half a step behind us. Same thing with the iPads, my son was using one, he was touching it too. Felt like we were at a spoiled child’s house that his parents forced a play date on him but wouldn’t let the forced kid play with any toys… I go and buy things here regularly, and this was a one off experience, but come on! Give us space. Didn’t buy anything during this visit.
