This place is very unprofessional. They booked me an appointment for tax filing 1 month prior and canceled without me knowing. You can never contact them because they don’t answer. Not because it’s a free service you treat people like this. Pls take your tax filings elsewhere not worth the waste of time. Voicemail always full and they don’t return calls smh! Shame on you ppl!

They're very helpful in average thing, like e-filing previous years, but they're definitely not prepared for a refugee who's over 65 of age.
