My entire experience at ISM Rehab was exceptional. The treatment and care I received from Justin and his team was outstanding. He set out a plan, gave me exercises to continue on my own and manipulated my injury with “magic fingers” that instinctively knew the perfect amount of pressure to apply. We worked together to achieve and meet my goals. I am thrilled with the mobility and function I was able to attain. I was referred to ISM Physiotherapy by Dr. Elliot. I am so happy to meet Justin as my Physiotherapist. I am currently receiving Physiotherapy and Acupuncture treatments for my lower back. What I love about Justin, He understand what my situation is and he want to help me to get better and stronger. Justin Educate me how important is to work together with him in order to get the best out of my treatment. Justin is very professional and multitalented Physiotherapist. He is honest and straight to the point. I am so thankful to meet Justin and his team. ISM Rehab Physiotherapy has a grate front desk assistants, they welcome the clients with warmth.

ISM Rehab was recommended to my by my family doctor and it has been a great experience. Dr Smith is kind and thorough and the physio treatments I got were excellent.Eva (my physio therapist) was AWESOME. She is so knowledgeable and explained every move and answered all of my many questions. I would definitely recommend Eva to anyone needing physio treatments.The physio reception team always had a friendly smile and you always felt warmly welcomed. Thanks to everyone for their help.

I can not say enough re: my experience with ISM. the staff are there for you, if they are finishing up with a client they are connected to you also. I had Surgery with Dr. Smith who is also in the same office so what better than to have everyone in touch with each other as well as me. Eva gave me exercises to strengthen before surgery. Post surgery she guided me through every step of the way of my journey with in office and on-line treatment, thankyou Eva for driving me forward through my recovery. Two weeks after my discharge I had a fall down the stairs and cracked a rib so off I go to see the team again, I went through more treatment and I left with confidence and lots of tools to do my part of looking after myself. The bonus at the end of this I was introduced to Justin to get my Golf swing adjusted and steal a few hints from him, thankyou Justin. I am not shy to say, all of this is a lot to handle for a seventy year old but with the tools given to me by this team I can do this, not that I don't mind seeing you guys again, take care all. My doctor recommended ISM to me. I felt welcomed and comfortable the first visit! Thanks to Sarah’s smiling face every visit as I checked in! Justin and his team were amazing in their treatment and explanation of my diagnoses. I was able to achieve my goal early! They are fantastic and I’m still doing the exercises they recommended. I have been going to ISM rehab for several years, first with Dr. Armstrong and then I switched to Dr. smith due to the nature of my tennis elbow. Dr. Smith has been amazing! He recommend several non surgical procedures to try and remedy my situation but unfortunately I did require surgery. The surgery process was great, Sarah was very communicative and all the staff at Joe Brant were fabulous. Dr. Smith has the best bedside manner and always answered any questions or concerns I have had. After 15 years of trying literally everything I am finally feeling relief! Thank you ISM rehab!

I had 2 separate shoulder surgeries through ISM Rehab. The first one was with Dr. Benjamin Smith and the second with Dr. Mitchel Armstrong. Left and right shoulders respectively. They were different procedures on each one. It is almost one year for the right shoulder and over 2 years for the left. Both my shoulders feel incredible and I have almost full range in both of them. I can't say enough good about ISM from top to bottom their staff are great and very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for giving me use of my shoulders again.Chris LeeEtobicoke

The demeanour of Dr. Smith prior to and after surgery, the welcoming atmosphere at the clinic from Dr. Anne and Katrina, the trusting and consistent care and communication from my Physiotherapist Justin Collins (and Sydney) encouraged me along the way and I thank each of you VERY much for your part in my recovery. I couldn't see myself at the end of the tunnel and it's because of your continued support and effort that I was able to get here! Much appreciation!

I can not say enough about ISM Rehab! Everyone​ is kind, professional and supportive. They treat you as person, not just the injury. They are my cheerleaders encouraging me every step of the way! Be very careful about this surgeon! He easily recommend surgery and after surgery he only say it’s perfect and normal!I had shoulder surgery in 2018 with him and following that i never had relief!I tried to meet him couple of times and he always says it’s normal and nothing to worry.Finally I could manage to get a new MRI and we found that the surgery failed for a long time and lots of damage to my rotator cuff !!! I tried to connect to his office (Sara Mizzi) to explain the importance the situation and she said i need a new referral so i asked my Family doctor to send her one. Then i followed up again and she said the wait time is around 5-6 months to see him. Honestly he doesn’t even bother to see me again and i ended finding a new Doc and did the new surgery in few weeks!I am not sure these types of human who are not responsible for their work even can practice and patients can’t even see them after few months of surgery (cause they are too busy with new surgeries)!
