Mountain Alarm

My security company was recently bought out by Mountain Alarm I was calling to see who stayed with the new company,I was pleased to see the tech who installed my systems is still there and will still be the tech who services me. The lady who answered the phone was professional and nice to ask questions about the change and what I can expect. Thanks

Service and response is better since Mountain Alarm acquired Grizzly.

Rose was at first polite and helpful but became impatient and obscure when I wanted information on how to monitor my own system. Seemed to be defensive for an unwarranted reason.

I have named this company Mountain False Alarm in my phone, because the automated calls that call me at least once a week and wake me up because we lost internet for 5 seconds. Their technicians are clueless. They are understaffed. Classic case of a corporate merger and removal of all of the helpful staff who actually solved the problems. Grizzly Security was superior to this company. I'm sure they will respond to this review and tell me to please contact their technical support. And I have, many times, to no avail. Mountain False Alarm.
