Joyce and Cindy have been a huge help to me every year as my work situation means I go under audit every year. This year however my wife and I were buying a house and the mortgage company was put of by my CRA status. Joyce was able to give documentation showing that I would owe 0 in the end and we simultaneously resolved the audit before my closing date.Even before this situation we have been very happy with the service here and the fact that they're accessible for most of the year unlike some other places that close outside off tax season.

Joyce Paquette messed up my taxes for 2022 and my mother's taxes in 2021. She is rarely open and incredibly unhelpful in regards to fixing her own mistakes. We will never file our taxes here again, as it is an absolute waste of money.
