What a helpful and caring medical supplies store!I needed a wheelchair for a family member on short-notice and didn’t know where to go.A good friend recommended Cal+Medi in Montgomery, and I can see why!Amin was able to show me what’s important in a wheelchair (this turned out to be a really important detail), noticed my veteran plate and made recommendations for claims, and when I returned it later than expected, he knew to bill my account monthly to save me money!Did I mention he stayed open when I showed up just past closing time?I highly recommend Cal+Medi for any medical supports and supplies.

Trying to reach this company via email, phone, or chat is impossible. The phone rings and rings then disconnects (even when the website says they are open). I placed an order for a wheelchair rental but I couldn’t specify what date I wanted to pickup or have it delivered. I have spent the last two days trying to get someone to respond to me and have received zero response. Very disappointed in the customer service. I have now requested a refund. I’m not holding out see much hope.

I’m not thrilled with this location. I have a partial tear in my Achilles. I went here and got an air cast. The initial visit was fine but later I needed a warranty replacement on the boot and they were less than accommodating. I came in on the Friday morning and was told it would be in on the Monday, got told it was not there yet. I kept following up and was waiting almost 9 days. Finally I got tired of waiting for them so I took action myself and reached out to someone else from a different company who was able to get me a warranty replacement within 48h.

should be zero stars. called on phone regarding air mattress in stock as I need it right away, asked me to the check item online and the price was lower then the one they quote on phone. then they asked me go on in and they will honor the price online. After checking everything out and confirm the purchase, they changed their mind and said the price is wrong! from $2295 to $3000! I was going to spend another $3600 for a hospital bed as well. take your money else where, because they can just change the price to whatever they want and wont sell it to you. they also blame me that i am taking advantage of them! they are the one that recommended me the item. stay far far away

I'm going to give 5. I'm rounding up from 4.5. My only concern was the lack of the ability to specify a date for rental of equipment when ordering online (as far as I can tell). However, the chat is well manned: prompt and efficient. And the in-person service is excellent. I won't hesitate to recommend CalMedi to my family and friends.

CalMedi has been super helpful. We needed a new walker for my mother and they patiently helped her choose. When we had a problem after a week, they had a replacement waiting for me when I went back. Super helpful, would recommend.
