This was our first time going and it was such a great and smooth experience! (Especially for first time buyers)We were lucky enough to probably find the best sales associate, Rifath, to help us find the best matresses, bed frame, bedding and pillows! He is filled with such great personality and excellent experience. Highly recommend!!!! You won’t regret it. (Ps- we got the best discounts too!! ) Trust me, nothing compares to the experience at this sleep country with the best salesperson, Rifath.

Purchased the Bloom Air bed with the Soho platform and have been very happy with the comfort and quality of this set. The mattress doesn't get hot or warm while sleeping and it had no off-gassing scent. Five years later the frame and bed have held up very well and look and wear like brand new. There has been no sagging of the mattress or any problems with the platform base. I ordered a second Soho base for another bed in the house recently and received excellent customer service help with the online chat agent and purchased directly through the online chat agent. Well done Sleep Country Canada!

RIFATH at the Danforth and Pape location was beyond FANTASTIC!!! I was on a walk and popped into the store to try some mattresses out... and before I know it, I was buying a Tempur Pedic king with adjustable frame. I'm still in a state of shock!!! But he was a wonderful customer service sales man and, after thoroughly going over all the products in the store, I feel very confident that I've made an educated decision. I certainly wasn't planning on spending this kind of money..... but I know this mattress will last me a long long time. He also convinced me to get the warranty, so I'm very happy! They helped me find the perfect mattress and accessories aswell as even offered me a great deal on my purchase. I highly recommend this store for their great prices and exceptional customer service. I recently had to make a rush purchase and coordinate long distance delivery across the province and I had the pleasure of meeting one of Sleep Country’s salespeople, Rifath. He was kind, empathetic, understanding and efficient in addressing my needs and connecting me to the items I needed in a timely fashion. He also helped connect me with another sales associate David who was equally charming and pleasant. Their patience and advice was invaluable and the sleep country purchase history was quickly accessible and aided enormously in making decisions for my purchases. We bought a couple of mattresses today. Our sales rep, Rahman , was really patient and helpful. We must have spent 30 or 40mins going back and forth, laying on different mattresses before deciding. And he worked with us on the price a little too. It was a good experience.
