Very fast service, professional, and it was an absolute treat to see management step out of their office and assist a client and getting their claim processed rather than have them wait in a line. You do not see that often very very impressed. The Establishment Mystic super clean as well which was really nice and they give me a taxi voucher to get home after I dropped off my truck for a windshield. Well done! very well done

I was going to send this to the manager, but can’t find a direct email.I dropped in to get a pair of window chips repaired in my truck. I was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to get it in right away as opposed to booking an appointment. I said great and handed the keys over. While a guy grabbed my keys and went out to my truck the girl at the front counter asked if I wanted it to through insurance or to pay outright. I mentioned that I couldn’t remember if this vehicle was covered by ICBC or a third party (she mentioned that the repair is covered under ICBC but not through a third party) but at $50 I would just pay for it if it didn’t have the coverage, no big deal. By this time my truck is already off to the bay to get worked on. The girl at the counter said nothing more about it. They got the truck done in about 20 minutes, and at this point I’m still happy about the service.When he pulls up in my truck I go out to grab my insurance papers and get the payment sorted. When I bring them to the front counter the girl says that any insurance claim would have had to be done before pulling the truck into the shop and now I had to pay directly (Turns out i did have the insurance coverage btw). I couldn’t believe it. Why wouldn’t she have said something before they took the truck! I would have grabbed the keys back from the tech and confirmed! Now sure it’s only $50, but it’s $50 I didn’t have to spend! Instead of standing there and arguing I paid and left. I won’t be back.

Built us 2 screens for our cabin windows. We gave them the measurements of the screens and they then added a frame to that screen which then made the screen too big for the windows. When we brought it back we were told that the girl at the desk showed us the screen and was told that it was the correct size. LOL so of course we eye balled it, the shape was right and we trusted that they gave us what we asked for . So instead of apologizing for their error they made us re-buy a screen. Why my husband would continue to use these guys is beyond me!! With all the options out there: I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I had my windshield done at AWG. From booking their appointment to coming in to pick up my vehicle, everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful and friendly. After dropping my vehicle off Al called me to ensure I was aware of my deductible being higher than the standard $200. It was kind of him to ensure that I was aware of the cost. My car was vacuumed, dusted and all the windows had been cleaned. I was very impressed.I found them to be much more friendly and customer service orientated than other ICBC accredited windshield repair shops.We are upgrading the windows in our home and will definitely use All West based on the experience I had with them.

Amazing service! We got our new patio door custom made and installed by them last winter. Today we had a big furniture item delivered and it did not fit through the door. We called the All-West Glass for a trick to get off one part of the door and the guy personally came to us, took off the door, helped move the item through and put the door back. Said it would be too difficult to explain over the phone... We are very grateful.

Julie Ortynsky came to my house to estimate the cost of replacing my bedroom window. I was so pleased with her manner; she took her time and explained everything to me. She was patient and knowledgeable. She gave me a good price and she was able to work within my budget. I haven't had the work done yet but I just wanted to post a great review for her! Very pleased so far.
